Description of Work: We had carpets cleaned in several rooms of our house and Carnation Chem Dry did an excellent job, as always. We have used Nick's services for 10 years and have always found him easy to work with. He is to easy to schedule, prompt, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: We had a very very stained light colored carpet. We had the living room, dinning area , hallway and one bedroom cleaned. I have to wear shoes in the house because of foot problems the worst of it was were we come off a cork floor in the kitchen and pivit to turn down the hall Nick arrived and checked it out told me up front they wouldn't be able to get it up 100 %, but I already knew because about 3 years ago we had another company in to clean our carpet and the stains remained. When Nick and his son Luke left the carpet looked great, and you had to think about where the stains were. And when it dried it looked even better. Very nice people and a great job. Will definitely call them again.
