Chem-Dry Middleton Carnation

I don't like them at all. I used them a couple of time. What they could have done better was to pick up the furniture so they could clean under it while cleaning the carpet. Plus, the stains came right back. I don't know what happened, but it was weird. It would be nice and clean for about a week and then all of them would just come back. I definitely would recommend the steam cleaning of carpet.

The person who did the cleaning is the owner. I believe his name is Nick. He arrived right on time. Hooked up his equipment and took great care to make sure nothing was tracked into the house. The results were excellent. He left some spray spot remover in case some difficult stains reappeared, however, he asked us to give him a call before we used it because he said he would come back out. The whole process did not take that long. The carpet was a little damp as was expected, but was dry by the next day. We just ran our ceiling fans and the AC and did not walk on the carpet with shoes until it was dry. I recommend his company without any reservations and will definitely call on them again when we need our carpets cleaned. Great experience.

We have used them several times in the past and were just as pleased this time as ever. Nick arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He is so professional and friendly! After at least two years since our last carpet cleaning, our very dirty carpet turned out far cleaner than we expected and it was almost dry when he was finished. Being a chemist, I was skeptical about Chem-dry, but it turned out that No dry chemicals are used- just a normal carpet cleaning solution. I would highly recommend his services- he did a great job.

Cleaned three rooms and the hallway. Did some spot removal which worked great and cleaned the stairs too. Very happy with them.

After a great experience in December with Chem-Dry doing overall carpet cleaning for our house, when I broke an entire bottle of red wine on my living room floor just weeks before selling my house I knew that Nick from Middleton Chem-Dry would do his very best to get it out. He got the stain completely out to my amazement and saved us from having the buy new carpet. Would highly recommend this company for both general carpet cleaning as well as those challenging situations.

The job was done right before we had visitors and the carpets were dry within hours so we could be ready for everyone!! Also, there was no smell.

They were great! Called to see if they could come 1/2 hour earlier than their appointment time. They moved furniture cleaned everything thoroughly and efficiently and put everything back. I couldn't be happier.

Carnation Chem-Dry Middleton did a great job. They arrived as scheduled and promptly began the carpet cleaning. They used both a rotary type carpet cleaner, followed by a steam vacuum type cleaner. All products used were certified "green." Nick and his son were very thorough in their work, and pleasant to talk with.

This was a very positive experience. Nick was awesome!! He provided us with a lot of information and time and did not charge us a dime. I will be using him in the future for any carpet cleaning needs that I have. I will recommend him to all friends and relatives!

They did a great job on the stains and brought the almost white 10 year old carpeting back to an almost new look. They were fast and moved the furniture back, cleaned the areas first and then went around and cleaned the whole carpet. The carpet dried pretty fast compared to a wet carpet. They did a really good job getting out the spots. Their price was inexpensive for the work they did. They were right on time or might have even been early. They were very professional.

There were some pretty bad spots on them and I was amazed that they got them clean! I will be calling them again very soon to do some work at my home. They came in and did a real good job and were gone. Their pricing was reasonable.
