 + -1 moreThe service went very well -- professional, thorough and efficient. We walked through the space before the cleaning and he told me exactly what to expect with the spot removal and took care to work on those area, as well as the overall cleaning. When he was done the carpets looked and smelled great and the whole place just felt cleaner. The only downside from my perspective is that furniture moving is not part of the service. However, they was clear about the furniture issue when I first inquired, so it was not a surprise and I was able to plan in advance. They did a terrific job and I would definitely use them again and recommend the company to others.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in several rooms, including living area (which is high traffic), hallways and one bedroom. My carpets are more than 12 years old and had not been cleaned since I had moved into the house 8 years before. In addition to the usual dirt everyday use and foot traffic, there were quite a few significant stains on light-colored carpet, including pet stains (sick dog and one major potty accident) and difficult food stains like juice and red popsicles (small children).

 + -1 moreI found them on Angie's List and it was excellent. There are several of them but Nick is the owner of the one I used. They did an exceptional job and were very thorough. They did a couple of extra things for me but did not charge for it. He came when he said he was going to and left things the way you should leave them. The pricing was good and he had an offer on Angie's List that he honored. Everything was good all around.

 + -1 moreVery well and honest. At the begining, Nick mentioned some of the area of the carpet spot may not be able to remove. We decide to give it a try. He clean it very well. We couldn't be happier with the result. I think we can use the carpet for couple more years.

Could tell during and after the job I'd made a mistake. Be sure to call NICK at CARNATION Chem-Dry. P.S. Honetsly, I'm not Nick or a paid advertisement for him!
Description of Work: Wall to wall carpet : 4 bedrooms, walk-in closet, upstairs hall, plus carpeted stairs. In all about 1,200 sq ft + the 15 stairs / landing. Lots of furniture in his way - it didn't phase him.

 + -1 moreIt is a big house, so the price was rather high, but Nick worked with me on bringing down the price with a new customer discount. As a bonus, due to the presence of painters in the house, I had to reschedule several times right up to the wire, and Nick was extremely flexible.
Description of Work: Nick cleaned nearly all of the wall-to-wall carpets, including stairs to the basement, in the home we recently purchased, before our furniture arrived.

We had moved the smaller furniture pieces into other rooms but Nick moved the large pieces aside by himself and put them neatly back on their plastic caps. The carpet looks great and Nick was prompt, professional and friendly.

I called on a Friday and my tenants were moving out over the weekend and the company was able to come on Tuesday. They were early (called to ask if we could meet early) and left the key under the door. Nick educated me on purchasing better quality carpeting in the future. I could not believe how clean they were able to get the carpet. I actually thought it was going to need to be replaced because it was so dirty.

Description of Work: I had used Chem-Dry Middleton in the past and was very pleased with their work. After I scheduled Nick to come on July 12, 2010, I moved furniture and expected another good experience. When he arrived - with a truck-mounted cleaning process - he had trouble finding an appropriate parking place and he suggested I use a 'hand-held' carpet cleaner. I wasn't happy because I really did like his service, but I called in another carpet cleaner who came to do the job the next day. The hand-held carpet cleaner that I called (Green Carpet Cleaning) turned out to be incompetent and corrupt. Their corruption was confirmed when the WI Atty Gen'l indicted both owners. Bottom line: Nick of Chem Dry Middleton is above reproach.

I called them back to have some furniture cleaned and he actually recommended that I could have it cleaned a DIFFERENT way, with better results and for less money, and helped me out with good advice. I really feel this is an excellent, honest company and I will call them again!
