We hadn't bought the extended warranty, they weren't willing to do anything for us. It was quite expensive, it didn't go well. The warranty was for a year but it expired. They fix what they could fix but they didn't want to do everything, I think it didn't took long to get an appointment with them, they were all pretty quickly.

This company was super responsive. My oven broke Thursday night. I called at 8:30am on Friday morning and he fit me into their schedule. A service man was there to fix the problem at 10:30am. He was kind and professional. He also covered his shoes with floor booties before I even asked him. He changed the sensor in the oven and left no mess behind. Happy with the job.

Stop! Look no further! Excellent experience from start to finish. I called because my refrigerator was leaking water and whilewe were standing at the counter paying and completing the receipt, the technician stopped suddenly and said that he could hear that my refrigerator didn't sound right, the relay was clicking, but the compressor wasn't starting. Turned out the relay was burned out so we got that fixed too. Saved me from a new compressor and a refrigerator full of spoiled food. I had noticed that clicking prior to his arrival and just ignored it. Highly recommend!

These guys were great. I called with the concern that our freezer wasn't as cold as it should be. The technician was actually able to squeeze us in and was at our house within the hour. He immediately knew what the problem was; the coils were frozen. He had them defrosted and working again in just over an hour. I couldn't be happier with how well this turned out.

Easy to get a hold of, came on time, removed shoes and wore slippers (much appreciated), friendly, and honored Angies list coupon.

Great. They were able to get out the same day I called. I thought something was wrong with the washing machine, but it was the drain line to the washing machine. Aaron, the service provider, asked me if I wanted him to show me how to fix it myself in the future. I did and he showed me how to do it so i could save money in the future. It didn't take long at all to fix.

Went great. Aaron was very helpful and taught me how to take care of the problem next time.

I called the provider to come check out why my dryer was no longer drying the clothes. I urgently pleaded with him to come the day I called due to my needing my dryer to work. My daughters had a soccer tournament & I was suppose to wash the team's uniforms. He came that day but determined more work was needed than time would allowed and he set a time for early the next week. He came the next week and put in the vent and now everything is working perfectly.

I noticed that the fridge had a strange, electrical burning smell coming from it. I called Champion about 11AM, talked to Jeff, and scheduled an appointment window that day for 2-5PM. I called my wife to make sure that she could get off work early to be here, as I had a previously scheduled appointment. She took off the rest of the day, and I called Champion back and talked to someone else, and re-confirmed that we would be home the rest of the day, and she re-confirmed the 2-5PM appt. Long story short, 5PM came and went and no one showed up, no one called, and no voicemails that I left were ever returned. I called another repair man the next morning, he knew exactly what it was, came by with the correct parts and had it repaired in about 30". These guys have good reviews, but to be completely stood up like this is ridiculous, and to not even have the courtesy to call and cancel or explain why no one showed up is beyond me.

Amazed and very pleased! A chipmunk fell down the dryer vent and died. Called to get it removed and cleaned out.. Got a call back from Jeff in 10minutes. He was at the house within a half hour. We chose to replace the vent as it was not in good shape. Repair took about an hour. We now have a "proper" safe dryer vent and no smelly rodent. It doesn't get much better than this. Would definitely recommend!

He was timely and knew what he was doing. He was very careful not to damage our wood flooring when moving the refrigerator. The same plastic line the broke the first time broke again about three weeks later and they came back and fixed it again free of charge. Very good service.

The technician examined the microwave and determined that it needed to have a new heating element installed. He removed the microwave since the heating unit needed to be removed and replaced at the shop. We were told this repair would take two weeks. Technician was curteous ,efficient and seemed knowledgeable. The unit was returned and installed back in my kitchen a lost 2 weeks to the day. Overall experience was very good. Would use them again.

I called Appliance Care on a Monday. After explaining my problem with my clothes dryer clunking, the person determined that I was not in a great big hurry, and we scheduled an appointment for that Thursday at 8 A.M., which was my preference. She asked me for the brand and model number of my dryer, and told me where to find it on the machine, so that the repairman would be sure to have the most common parts for that brand at the time of his visit. On Thursday the phone rang at 7:55 - the repairman said he was in my driveway, and apologized for being early. He went down to look at the dryer, and knew the drum roller was shot as soon as he turned the dryer on. He took it apart and fixed it within an hour, as well as checking the dryer vent for clogs and making sure the clothes washer was level, at my request. He gave me the bill and requested payment right away to cut down on paperwork. He gave me the Angie's list coupon discount upon request. I paid him and he was on his way. He was pleasant and professional in demeanor. I would use them again.

Excellent job. The tech knew exactly what he was doing. He was competant and polite. The dryer is very efficient now. Plus the whole system is safer (less fire hazard)

We needed a new dryer for a short transition period to new home. They had an excellent used dryer in stock at a very good price and were able to install it within days of our request.

Repairman came when he said he would. Was very clean and courteous. Dryer repair was very efficient. Refrigerator repair not as much so. Kept trying different solutions which were unsuccessful. Final conclusion was a leaking compressor which needed to be replaced. $1,000+ estimate so instead purchased a new refrigerator.

I called to see if they could come early because I ended up with an appt at 10 am. They arrived early and were done by 9:15am. Also replaced damaged outside vent.

Overall it went great, with a couple of hiccups that are expected when dealing with a 100 year old building. The project took almost twice as long thanks to our quirky building. The employees handled it all well and did a great job with the installation/problem solving. We are waiting for a vent cover to be attached because the vent was installed when it was still snowy and icy out (too dangerous to be on a ladder up three and a half stories). I assume they are coming soon to attach the cover. Their services are great and fairly priced.

All work done very well. Happy with that. The next day I went I line and found that the timer cost about $50 and it took less than an hour to fix, so thought $250 was a little high for that. The extra work we had done was worth the price. Talked to another repairman the other day and he said $250 was about normal so I felt better about the charge. Still seems high but guess that's what we have to pay.

Refrigerator repair was done easily and finished quickly. Dryer - The part the technician tried to install was defective. Returned in a couple of days with a working part. Left the dryer open during this time, which was unsightly and unsafe for kids. He later explained that he did so that I could vacuum and clean the inside, but I didn't get that message. They get a B for that reason.

Service was performed the same day I called. It took longer than expected because our venting system is complicated and the vent to the outside had to be replaced. Work was done well.

Fantastic experience with this company!! They were able to fit my in the same day I called, and were prompt. I called to have my dryer vent cleaned, but they are also an appliance repair company (C.AR.E.) and were able to determine that I needed to replace a small part, as well; they had the needed piece with them and quickly made the repair. The bill was actually a bit lower than expected (they had given an estimated price range over the phone). GREAT service, and fast! I'm so glad to know they work on large appliances, as mine are all in the "going soon" age range!

They were great and I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were fast, professional, very thorough, and scheduled me in the same day I called them. I was very pleased to know that they could not only take care of my vents, but for my large appliances as well.

They were really nice young guys. They did a good job, and they were polite. I thought that the price was fair. We were very satisfied, and we would absolutely use them again in the future.
