Very helpful and professional. Inspected and fixed my dryer (which needed oil and one small part). Prompt, professional service, reasonably priced. Would use them again !!

Tech replaced fuse, (which required a partial disassembly of the dryer). He also checked the dryer vent and found the obstruction (lint!). My thought --- $200 to replace a fuse? That's crazy!

It went very well. Aaron was terrific, very professional and knowledgeable. Also, Naomi the Office Manager and Michelle, the Dispatch Manager were extremely pleasant when they called to set up my appointment times and collect payment. I will definately call Champion in the future.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and took a moment to explain what he was doing and how. He also identified that I needed a new (safer) transition vent because mine was not in good enough shape anymore to work properly. Before beginning his service, he placed his tools on top of my beautiful and shiny washer & dryer. I mentioned to him that I would really hate it if my appliances got scratched and I offered him a towel on which to place his tools. He mentioned that he had a mat in his car that he could use. I would prefer if Champion would make use of a protective mat a manditory standard practice. Aside from this error, I was overall very happy with Champion and will definately call them again in the future.

I wish they had mentioned I could pick the unit somewhere. It cost $ for the repairman to come to my house and hand me the replacement tray. I just slid it in where the old one was.

My range was having issues with the burners on the left side. I replaced the ignitors but was still having problems...I called Champion Appliance repair and scheduled an appointment. The service tech was prompt, professional and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned to install it when it arrived. I was only charged for the part and the time it took to install it. The tech also removed a broken and stripped screw from the burner grate, saving me $. Great work, excellent customer service.

Perfectly, fast and excellent service

Excellent responsiveness w/ communications, setting up the appointment, and the tech arriving on a timely basis. Arron, the tech, came with the correct switch & promptly resolved the problem. He also tightened the door handles, a very nice, personal touch.

Fine, but the price seemed to be high for the service that was performed. I also had the service technician call 30 minutes prior to arrival, but arrived about 60 minutes after the call (30 minutes late) without explanation.

Went great, in that Bob gave me the courtesy call at the beginning of my three hour appointment window, and got to the house just when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and was able to offer to fix it then and there. He also was courteous enough to point out that the dryer was about 20 years old, which led me to ultimately decide to not pay for the repair, and start shopping for a new dryer. Really great experience with both the folks I talked to on the phone, and the repairman himself, and I'll definitely use them in the future.

It went well. The person who answered the initial phone call was delightful. Our service person Aaron was on time and took care to not damage my counter top when using the work space. He brought in a thick plastic mat to protect it against any potential scratches. Hey consumer: If your microwave works in every way, except for the heating element, it's probably your magnetron that cracked...especially if it was making weird noises within days of breaking. This is about a $200 part. Plus, you may want to check your microwave's warranty to see if that'll help you. It is also worth mentioning that you could probably just get a new microwave for the price of replacing this part + labor. For me, having my microwave repaired was an easier route than researching new microwaves for a week; not to mention less wasteful. Please note: The service person will almost certainly not have the magnetron in their car upon the first visit. They are too fragile to just keep in the truck. If you are planning any dinner parties, you'll want to allow for an extra reapair day. I would call this company again most definately. Plus, they gladly gave me a small discount for going through Angie's List.

I made an appt. and then had to reschedule. No complaints there. Aarron (not sure if I got the spelling right) arrived within the 9AM to noon window. He wasn't here long and he brought the necessary part with him. I had described the problem when I made the appt. The light would not go on inside the dryer even tho the bulb was good. Also, the drum would not stop spinning when I opened the door. He was very polite and personable and his uniform was clean and tucked in. A couple of days later I started to write this review when Irealized that I hadn't even checked his work. So I opened the dryer and the light came on. Then I ran the dryer for about 15 seconds and opened the door. The drum stopped spinning, but I noticed a kind of electrical fire type of smell. I stopped writing the review and called Champion. They put me in touch with Aarron who assured me that the smell was just the dryer's heating element starting to heat up and that if I had run the dryer normally, like for long enough to dry a load of clothes, the smell would have gone away. In other words it was normal. His explanation was clear, he was very kind and he did not make me feel stupid for not knowing that.

It was a difficult (and quite expensive) job because vent needed to be rerouted and a new hole for it drilled. This is for a rental property and the tenant is quite pleased with the job.

Aaron fixed a problem that had not been fixed by a prior appliance service. We should have spent the extra time reviewing Angie's List before we called the prior service. Would have saved time, money and much aggravation! Live and Learn. Champion will be who we call for any future problems.

They replaced the entire dryer vent system, all the tubing from the dryer, to the outside vent, including the outside portion. It was a huge job, replacing old tubing that was not up to safety codes, and moving the vent to a different wall in order to shorten the distance to the outside. It required drilling a new vent hole through brick, and they took care in all steps. They were very professional, did a great job. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they were done. My venting is now up to code and working well.

Very well. Appointment was for 10:00 AM; Jeff called around 10 and let me know he'd be there in about 20 minutes. He showed me what needed to be done and why; he accomplished the work as promised.

He was able to repair it without having to replace the entire unit. Saved us at least 150 dollars.

EVERYBODY IN OUR 36 UNIT CONDO BUILDING WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED BY THE WORK THIS COMPANY PROVIDED tHEY TOTALLY EDUCATED OUR BUILDING IN SAFTY OF DRYERS AND WERE VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.
