They were suppose to come on the 2nd but called late in the day to say they were running late and rescheduled for the next day. That was frustrating because I had left work to be there! Once they were here they were great!! The customer service was fabulous! Absolutely the best! They explained things clearly. Job was well done. (Even fixed a problem screen door for me.) I would highly recommend them!!! And will definitely use them again!!!

This project became a much bigger project than what we expected due to hidden problems that Jeff found. We are fortunate that he was able to find these problems, and fix them before we had a major catastrophe. He was very persistant, and stayed much longer than he needed to to see that everything was o.k..

Josh was very professional, prompt (was going to do same day service until I had a schedule change and he was able to come the next day). Was extremely thorough and explained everything he was going to do/did. Left the laundry room very clean - much cleaner than how it was before he came! He gave me good advice about dryer vent cleaning vs air duct cleaning, as he has done both professionally. I felt very confident in his service and will call him again if needed.

Did a great job and when he said he was going to do it

Jeff arrived (on time) and was able to help me with a 9 year issue dealing with the set-up of my washer and dryer. My dryer and washer doors were set up so that they opened back to back and this was an issue that irritated me every time I did laundry. The Sears repairman said there was nothing that could be done as the washer door could not be reversed. So every time I did laundry there was this inconvenience to deal with. Jeff was able to install a longer, better vent - but he even switched my dryer and washer for me and remounted my dryer door so now I don't have to contend with the doors hitting each other every time I load clothes into the dryer from the washer. This may seem like a small correction but it has made doing laundry so much easier! He also installed a new safer metal washer hose and cabled it so that it could not separate from the fitting. I am so happy with the service that was done. Jeff was able to schedule me for the added work so that I did not have to make another appointment. I certainly recommend Jeff for help with dryer vent cleaning - in which the vent now has greater capacity - it was nice to see the before and after readings at the outside of the house at the vent BUT he also helped with the set-up of the appliances too. He even vacuumed the floor under both the washer and dryer!

He told us exactly what is required by code for our gas dryer and did exactly what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted me after inspecting the situation.

The owner and son came to my house within a few hours of being called (on a Saturday). The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me problem solve some issues with my older dryer. Both he and his son were polite, tidy, and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Our condo association/property mng't co had contracted for cleaning of the vents from the exterior. We were offered services for interior cleaning. There was some delay in receiving notice of when this was to occur but we eventually learned thru the prop mgn't co which day work was to be done and rec'd a call from DryerVent Pros the night before to confirm the actual hour. The cost went up significantly from the original cleaning quote when it was suggested we ought replace the plastic/foil tubing to all metal tubing. A crimp in the original tubing was corrected by rerouting the vent tube from the side. A higher price on the invoice was corrected by telephone but I wish it had not occurred in the first place. For the time spent (~2 hrs) the price was probably fair. Right after the dryer was cleaned and the exhaust rerouted to the side we learned that the expense to repair our washing machine was not worth it (main bearing). They were stacked units and a new dryer had to be purchased in order to stack on the new washer. The new dryer came with a back exhaust vent that needed to be changed to the side in order to fit in the closet space. I called Jeff (on his cell rather than the company line) and got directions that enabled my husband to switch the parts from the old to new dryer. The time Jeff took to explain what he had done and possible problems we might encounter were really appreciated.
