We currently have 8 employees and focus mainly on residential and small commercial work. We are a niche business in the Madison community providing customized glass service with our own glaziers on site or in the field each day. Description of Work: I spoke to gal and explained exactly what I was looking for. She said the problen I was having may be a plumbing problem and not a glass installation problem, but the service tech would call me back to schedule an appt to take a look at it. I never received that call. I consider that poor customer service (regardlass of whose fault that was) and I chose another company to work with.
