Description of Work: The owner responded to our request (Angie's List deal) to inspect and winterize the gutters on a two story home in Oshkosh. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Basement bathroom. He listened to what I was thinking and used his expertise to suggest changes that brought the price down and improved my original thoughts. Great to work with.

Description of Work: Install new roof vents. Quote was done promptly but it was difficult to schedule the actual work and even harder to pay the bill. Lots of phone tag and running around.

Description of Work: Roof Replacement. All went well, no issues to date. We have a 10 year workmanship warranty on our roof. Josh Motto supervised the work himself and overall we are very happy with our new roof!

Description of Work: Installed a full fireplace with a full floor to ceiling rock, can lighting in two rooms, with removal of old lighting,installed skylight in kitchen area also added additional outlets and switches. |Skip troweling and painted three rooms of ceiling, and insulated attic and added proper vents. Job well done!

Description of Work: Came to look at the job did not hear from them so called a week later said they would check on the estimate but have never heard anything. Very disapointed liked the guy who came to check out the job.

Description of Work: Shingling and new copper flashings around chimney, and one roof vent installed. Showed up on time , finished on time, cleaned up site. It's been 2 years and no drips/leaks. True professionals!

Description of Work: Roof, rain gutters and siding , soffet, and facia repairs

Description of Work: We needed repair to brickwork/siding on front of house due to water damage caused by water from roof ice/melt. The roof valley design and gutter capacity caused water to flow onto the front exterior of the house. Snow also collected in the valleys so that the melt would seep between the siding above and the roof. Motto & Sons quickly identified the problem and replaced the valley sections with material that ran up under the siding preventing any seepage from entering. They also added higher flow capacity gutters and installed vinyl cedar/shake siding material in place of the damaged brick facing. The thing that impressed me not only was the quality of their work but their ability to identify the problem so that a proper fix could be made. I had previously querried other people about what was causing the problem we were experiecing but did not have much luck in getting answers that made much sense to me. The other thing I liked about their work was their cleanup. Didn't even know they had been there when it was over. Great job.
