Highly recommend Motto & Sons! They did an amazing job on our roof, siding and gutter replacement. Josh and his team were very helpful in design options and took the time to answer all my questions. We had an issue with the roof leaking before the job could be started and they came out the next morning to patch until the roofing supplies were available. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up all debris. Josh the owner was onsite for a lot of the project and checked in to make sure the design was correct as the crew completed. We could not be more happy with how our house turned out it is exactly how I described it to them.

Josh was great and honest about the roof, and after discussing what he found, had him replace the current roof which was failing. Work was done well and efficiently. Within two days, we had a new roof. Even the neighbors commented (in covid-19 fashion) about how good the roof looks and how well and quickly it was done! Would definitely recommend.

Hired Motto & Sons to replace a metal roof. We had a signed contract and were all set to get the roof done. I received an email from Josh stating that he would go out to the house to get an accurate measurement and to get the material ordered. I told him I would have his 50% down payment the next day. Well after that I left several messages on the office phone and cell phone as well as sending several emails without a response. Not sure what had happened. Maybe he did not give me an "accurate" bid since he didn't have "accurate" measurements when the contract was signed. That is the only explanation, is that he could not honor the bid price he quoted me.

Everything went as planned. Tidy clean up. The quote was reasonable.

Wonderful! Josh Motto could not have been nicer or more professional. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. No high pressure! The job was completed as promised, workmanship was great and clean-up was wonderful. I could not be happier and am hoping to have them back for another project!

Motto & Sons did a fantastic job on our new roof and siding. The crew was fast, professional and they made sure every detail was covered and did a great job cleaning up after. We are getting multiple compliments a day on how great our house looks and we couldn't be happier. Price was reasonable as well, we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Everything went beautiful, they tore off and replaced the roof in one day and it looks fantastic. a couple of neighbors were impressed enough to request estimates of there own.

From the first phone call to have Josh come and give an estimate to the completion of the job, It couldn't have gone any smoother. Josh and his crew arrived when promised, and preceded like a well oiled machine. Finished both the house and detached garage in one day, and then cleaned everything up perfectly. Came back next day to install gutters and downspouts. Would definitely recommend Josh and his crew.

I have called them numerous times since they gave me my estimate on 5/30/19 they kept telling me I’m a couple weeks out. Yes we did have that storm that was a setback, I have been very understanding. Continued to call up until a week ago when I was told they would get back to me on a couple days!!! Still have not heard anything. I told the woman if they are not going to do the job to let me know as I really wanted this done before winter, and now it is almost spring!! Almost a year since he was here to give me my estimate. I was really impressed with him, but not so much anymore and will most definitely let people know this. So disappointed.

Josh was extremely professional on our first meeting analyzing the state of our existing roof and listening to our future plans regarding our home. He clearly explained the products that he offers and the price and warranty differences between the three types of shingles. He set a date after we accepted the contract as to when the work would begin and showed up on time with an entire crew to be able to finish the job in two days. The finished roof is just what we wanted and the cleanup after removal of shingles from our landscaped yard was superb. I would definitely hire him again and would definitely recommend his company for your job.

Josh and his crew were great to work with all the way through our project. Getting the initial quote was quick and easy. We got multiple quotes from other companies in the area and found their price to be very reasonable. Having seen them replace many other roofs in our neighborhood gave us confidence to choose them as well. They were able to complete our project in 1 day and came back special the next morning to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. As newer home owners I really appreciated being able to trust Josh and his crew with this project and would definitely hire them again.

Worked with Josh remotely on scope of project, even though it was a little out of his work area he went to house gave estimate and we discussed overall project. Josh corrected a number of issues and the roof on home and garage look great. Reworked gutters to correct drainage issue. Would hire again, Thank you Josh.

It's been almost a year since Josh and his crew replaced the roof on our house and separate garage, as well as replacing our skylight windows. Haven't had any issues, and it looks great. We decided to go with a higher quality shingle with a transferable warranty, to eliminate the need for another roof during our ownership. We're very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. We weren't home while the work was being done, but our neighbors were impressed with how quickly and safely they worked. The crew went above and beyond when they encountered a nest containing baby squirrels in our cupola; they relocated the nest instead of just disposing of them. We highly recommend Motto and Sons!

Project was completed as outlined in the proposal. The gentleman installing the gutter guards was very accommodating when asked if a downspout could be adjusted to another angle to avoid the landscape mulch.

Motto & Sons Construction did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. They were VERY professional, timely and courteous. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule very quickly and the entire roof replacement only took a few days to complete. I would highly recommend Motto & Sons for my/your next project needs.
