"My wife and I recently relocated from another state and had some extra money to invest in our new home, so we decided to partially finish our basement. While searching Google for basement remodeling services, we found two options. One was a company specializing solely in basement remodeling, but after scheduling a consultation, I quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit—every little detail came with an added cost, and there were too many unexpected “oh, by the way” expenses. Around the same time, we reached out to American Home Remodeling while gathering quotes. Nick met me at the house, and I walked him through the space, explained our vision, and shared our budget. From the start, he was straightforward and even suggested a few alternative approaches that, while slightly increasing our upfront cost, would ultimately save us time, money, and maximize the space. After reviewing their proposal, we signed a contract and moved forward with the project. What I appreciated most was how well-organized and efficient the entire process was—each step had a purpose and was completed on schedule. Permits were approved faster than expected, and construction began just before Thanksgiving. Since we were hosting family for the holiday, Scott and Nick were thoughtful enough to coordinate the dumpster’s arrival so it wouldn’t be an eyesore for our guests. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. "Jose and his crew did a excellent job taking out my old asphalt driveway putting down layer of crushed gravel and pouring concrete and broom finishing and also replacing my front porch and sidewalk everything was pitched for drainage and he cut lines into concrete for crack lines could walk on next day let driveway cure 28 days before driving on it i sealed driveway myself with 18" paint roller with 3/8 nap turned out excellent i would recommend jose and his company they also left everything clean and neat after work was done"
