I thought the price was high. But the technician was really nice and explained everything to us. We even got a call back the next day to ask us how satisfied we were. The technician was suppose to be here within a 4 hour period but was very late. I had to call to find out if he was still coming. I wish they would have called me to let me know so I would not have wasted my whole day. The technician stayed and finished the job at 9pm. I'm very grateful that he finished the job and didn't put it off until the next day.

Jim had a wonderful personality and was a hard worker. He completed his work in a timely fashion and went above and beyond any plumber we have used in the past.
