The service man worked on our filter for 1 and 1/2 hrs. and still charged us $79. He cleaned up after himself and was nice to work with. I think his name was Mitchel.

Customer service was excellent. Everyone from the person who first answered the phone to the guys who did the cleaning were friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough. We can tell the difference in the air quality already and our furnace sounds quieter too.
