I am a member of the service plan and use Master Services for all HVAC services. Their team has always been good and the one issue I had with an air conditioner installation was quickly resolved.

From my initial phone call that my furnace was not running (-2degrees outside) they were friendly and supportive. Great communication and fast prompt service. Clean and thorough on the inspection snd repair. Reasonable cost for my emergency need..

Charged $800 for 4 hours of work. I supplied almost all of the materials. The work was top quality and Iâ m satisfied with it but a kiss would have been nice.

Hate these evaluations in general! Eric was professional, checked the WH as part of my service plan. I mentioned that i hsvent had to add salt to the water softener and he checked it, then asked me to come downstairs to see something and I went down( but not before getting my checkbook outð ¥´). We discussed my options thoroughly and i origibally cllhose the two piece WS and he approved my paying in two checks. But by next morning i decided to get the one piece and he will change the piping to code. Anyhow , it has been an expensive year, even before pandemic so will need a much bigger 2nd check!! Already paying off green sky from the new humidifier & rlectronic sanitizer & air cleaner this year !!!!

Reasonably priced, personable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Brad did my annual furnace check up. He was pleasant, great work ethics, and answered my questions. I now feel safe with my winter heating, knowing I have an efficient, clean , and proper working furnace. Brad was great. And I have always recommended Master Services for Heating and Air conditioning Services.

This company and team were great, very informative, efficient and just great to work with.

Danny Carillo did a thorough and comprehensive analysis of our older furnace. He measured, tested, and then explained in clear language that our older furnace was in good shape by explaining how furnaces age, and what are likely system failures when the system is no longer working to our advantage. It was like a physical for a doctor. Danny was very knowledgeable and pleasant to us, It's clear that he is an excellent member of a well prepared team who know that by taking care of the customer is going to ensure the HVAC system will work with the best performance.

The staff and workers are so friendly and knowledgable. Best part, they backed up their services and products.

Eric did a great job fixing a leak in our AC.

Do NOT hire this company for plumbing service. Be very wary!! I would not give them any stars if that was an option. They were hired to re pipe my house and this is what I got as well as many untruths. No city permit (I was told they did not need one if just replacing pipes) city inspector said they did require a city permit. Did not replace piping from the main- leak in main water all over 1 copper main and branched off to plastic for everything else Used ½ inch copper pipe to supply water to feed 2 bathrooms -should have used ¾ inch pipe sharkbite fittings (sharkbite fittings is a repair fitting) Only replaced some of the galvanized pipes with copper only partial replacement Used plastic to water heater with sharkbite fittings Did not replace most of the old galvanized t-joints No hangers on anything they were to install a bathtub and just hooked up the tub to the drain, did not put plaster of paradise under the fiberglass tub even though the instructions called for it. took apart the sink and left water on at the end of the day -only to have my toddler turn on the water and flood my . Stains on carpet ceiling tiles broken and not replaced holes in walls of bedroom from bathroom because of too long of screws used
