Better than Sears and quick!

The employees were very nice, polite. They moved a lot of large/heavy items in my basement, which I understand to get to electrical, but it wasn't moved back. I really had to struggle to get these items out of the way so I could access things, as I am trying to clean out the basement.

I hired them to come out and do a tune up on my furnace. They were extremely professional, explained what they were doing and even took a camera to inspect all of the equipment, showing me every step of the way. Unfortunately I had some cracks in the original Furnace (16yr old), and it would be too much to repair. They scheduled someone the next morning to come out and price an entire new system with Furnace, AC (also original), and Ductwork cleaning. They were extremely thorough about our wants, needs, and various options. They wanted to make sure they got it right, and didn't just come in to say "this is how much it is. Yes or no" With the numerous guarantees (including 25% energy savings), and the quick work (from inspection to a whole new installation/duct cleaning in 3 days) this company was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend, and they are now our new HVAC company. I really appreciated their all in prices. They quoted everything (tax, permits, etc) and stated that no matter what, the price wouldn't increase. If they had to add or change things, that was the price. Was nice not to be quoted one price and get shocked with how much it REALLY was

Shop around and be very careful, they tried to scam me 3 different times. If you call them for a cleaning or to look at anything for preventive maintenance, watch them very carefully, they show you pictures saying it's you're furnace or water heater etc. must likely it's not, they make it a point to show you the date on the picture, but that's easily photo shopped. They show you the pictures on a ipad and tell you they just took them only to find out that you can't take the pictures they took with a ipad, it's impossible! They tried to tell me I needed a new pressure tank, told me i need it very soon, after doing some of my own research, turns out the air pressure was just low but that quoted mt $1950.00 to replace a pressure tank, I decided to get a few more quotes just to see how they are price wise, for the same tank they quoted me I got three other quotes for less than $1000.00. Then to guy came out and laughed and said I only needed air. Nice master services, so then said sorry and offer me a free furnace tune-up, I said sure, they came out, went down, the guy "looked" like he was taking pictures but what he did was pretend to take them with his ipad and showed me the pictures and how bad my furnace looked, kept bring up the date on the picture and said I should not run the furnace and also told me if I don't get it done he could not let me turn it on due to federal safety restrictions. So a different guy came out and quoted me a Goodman furnace(our house is 2500 sqft) with install and take away for $5300.00 and would give me a %5 discount if I signed that night. I said no and got three other quotes, All under $2500.00 and what really burned me about Master services is that the other three companies that quoted me said there was no way they took pictures of the inside of my furnace with an ipad. To see the inside where the heat ex changer was, you need to drill a hole in the duct and run a small camera in and then take a picture. So all three guys showed me how the camera works and all three showed that there was absolutely noting wrong with my heat ex changer or any part of my furnace, all three said it should last 10 more years(it's 10yrs old now). I almost spent over $5000.00 if I would have not done my home work. I've talked to one of the main bosses over at master services and he made up a bunch of crap and said the reason why they are higher priced is they need to do this to pay their service guys and to maintain the nice equipment they have. Really? This review is a very condensed version, there was so much more. One of the guys that came to quote even went as far as to tell us that the guy we have been working with went to the emergency right after he was with our furnace cleaning with a blood clot and was in rough shape, I called the next do asking for the guy and he got right on the phone, so they ever tried to play the sympathy card with us because of all the crap we took from they and they knew they were busted! Just be careful

George did a superb job at both my Father's and my residence! Master Services was great in coordinating the appointments as well! They did seem a bit high in price, then again, there are places out there that are cheaper and don't do it right the first time. I feel confident with the investment I made with Master Services and definitely would recommend them! Keep up the great job Master Services!!

Hard to rate the work quality when I know nothing about furnaces. Value for the money? During a routine yearly cleaning/maintenance I was told I had a gas leak so had to fix it. Seemed pricey to me but I never had a gas leak so I have nothing to compare it with.

It's pricey but got the job done when I needed it.

Communication was great! Going to hire them to do my water heater flush!

Honest appraisal indicating that all vents did not need cleaning. Informed in advance when their truck broke down and they could not make it the following day.

Price for service was high. Was given a 3 hour window, but technician was 15 minutes after the 3 hours. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Technician was friendly and explained the whole process.
