Always kept me informed of when they were coming to reschedule if there was a problem. The Technician, George, was very neat, friendly and extremely knowledgable about my oil-powered furnace. The total price for a new gas furnace and hot water heater was a little more than I expected to pay, but it's a necessary purchase, and the financing option was simple. The technicians were very cool, and they were done with the whole job in about 5 hours. Everyone that I dealt with from the customer service, to the techs, were all professional and courteous. I'm happy to recommend them to others in need of similar service. A special thanks to Jack for his honesty in the sales process.

bit expensive... Got us hooked up to new gas service and checked for leaks. However we didn't get our stove hooked up or furnace checked. Other than that they were great....

I spoke with customer service, relayed my needs and was scheduled for the next day. I then received a call about 2 hours later informing me they can be there in an hour if it fits my schedule. This made me very happy! Jack the technician arrived within the time frame I needed. He was friendly, diligent and through. He explained everything in detail. The total cost was as quoted and I was not surprised. I had him do a few extra things given the cost was very affordable. What a great experience and painless service!
