When I was contacted by Jordan to discuss Advocate and the services that they were providing to homeowners in my neighborhood, I was instantly impressed with his level of professionalism and down to earth demeanor. I could tell immediately that he, and Advocate Construction as a whole, were trustworthy and would not steer me wrong in any way. I also got to meet Joe, who was so friendly and helpful. I was so incredibly impressed by both of these gentlemen. I simply cannot express how much their ability to communicate the details of the work needed, how the process would take place, and how best to deal with my insurance agent was something that I really, really, needed. It would only be appropriate to share that I just suffered the sudden and unexpected loss of my husband a mere four months ago... this catastrophic event instantly turned me into the sole owner of this home (and with little to no knowledge of how to maintain a home on my own (my husband absolutely loved this house and truly enjoyed caring for it all of these years) I've been very concerned about how best to handle two leaks that were caused by a recent weather event). So the fact that these gentlemen took such good care of me left me feeling safe - and even somewhat overwhelmed by there kindness and care. Thank you to Advocate for building such an educated, respectful, kind and considerate team. I will recommend you to absolutely everyone I know.

Brian was professional. Installation was clean.

Brian did a great job, professional but at the same time a good friend. He was always around ensuring work was performed in the highest quality and good pricing. He also worked well with our insurance company and is honest making sure we received approval for proper repairs.

I have used Brian's Company, Advocate Contracting, in the past for a big siding job. He really helped me out of a bad situation when I got screwed and robbed by another company (stay far away from them). It was mid winter with half my siding off and the other half done incorrectly. Brian's crew was fast and true craftsmen. Saved the day! This time was a more simple deck patio door. Brian and his assistant got the old door out and the new one in on a very hot day in June, 2018. I had to finish the interior trim work myself which was bit of a chore as the new door did not fit in the opening exactly as the old one, but I managed to do it nicely. I think the door is great, and the price was right. I give 4 stars on customer service this time because it took a lot of me calling Advocate to get the job done after the quote. Nevertheless, I would recommend Brian.

They didn't really clean up all the nails and pieces of shingle but the roof looks beautiful.

The work was done as promised and over all I was pleased. However, the roof developed a leak above the garage and I called the company several times and no response.

I feel like he constantly lies, performs shoddy work and then ignores phone calls and emails to correct it. We had an independent contractor review his work (1-3 months) after he was done after we had several issues and they found that he cut corners, gave false information on his proposal and his work was done so poorly, our roof was coming off an exposed within 90 days of his completion date. I think Brian is a dishonorable man and I would highly recommend no one work with this company. They left the site a mess, do not communicate and were over a month late on starting and then finishing the work as well.

The siding, shutters and gable decorations look great! Reasonably priced. Brian was easy to work with. I would highly recommend Advocate in the future.

Quick response with the estimate. Job was done right the first time. Brian was on the ball finding my problem right away. He did not ask for payment until he was sure the problem was solved. I will definitely use him again & refer him to my family and friends.

Brian had a very clear contract as to what the cost entailed. He carries the Malarkey Legacy shingles with a 4 rating for hail at a fair price compared to others. He also had to install skylights since they too were damaged. Price was excellent. We had one problem initially when supplier delivered 2015 shingles that looked like they'd been stored in the field with slits in packaging and growth between packages. Brian made good on returning these and replacing them with 2017 shingles as well as other 2017 supplies. The roofers were quite efficient except at cleaning up. We had 9 guys that could have done more while the others were installing. I'm happy with the roof, but am waiting for the copper around the chimney and the openers for the skylights.

They showed up on time with a crew and a dumpster. The materials arrived the day before. The crew had the old shingles off in 3 hours and were preparing the roof for the paper. The roof was finished and the area cleaned by the end of the day. They did a great job.

They responded same day of request, performed the work within 2 days. Price was great, very quick response.

What a great job at a great price. Work was very professional. We were kept well informed and could not be happier. What a difference!!!
