I would highly recommend Advocate Contracting! We hired them to reside our home - we chose stone for the front and vinyl siding for the rest. Not only were they the best price of all our estimates they were quick and efficient in their work. We had a few things along the way that needed to be addressed and Brian made sure everything was completed to our standard. Brian and his team are very professional and easy to work with. Having known nothing about siding details, Brian walked us through every decision to make sure it was all we expected.

Great people working for this great company! Very friendly but professional and offered options and details about all the differences in roof types. We also needed a substantial amount of work done to remove some stone chimneys and they were able to get us help for that and still got those removed and roof done in one day! Also removed all materials and trash from old tiles in the same day. Still LOVE our roof and color we chose!

Brian was great to work with! He provided examples in the area for me to drive by and see finished roofs and also explained what was needed for our roofing project. He was very responsive both during the project and also afterward when I approached him via email with a question. The work was completed in a timely manner, and was great as was the cleanup!

They showed up early, stayed late and never stopped working. The price we were quoted also came in much cheaper than the 3 other quotes we received from other contractors. Brian did a great job on our flat roof. We had 4 different contractors look at the roof. Brian did a great job of explaining what was happening with the roof and what could be done to fix low spots and correct the pitch. Brian patiently explained what products he would be using and why he felt it was the best fit for our situation. I felt like Brian was as invested in finding solutions as we were. The other contractors were prepared to replace the flat roof none offered corrective solutions to ponding or pitch and their quotes were the same or higher than Brian's. Brian Scott, the owner of advocate, is great to work with! He responded within a day to my initial inquiry and came to the house within a few days for consultation and to show samples. An estimate followed a few days later and, I was so pleased, that I asked him to replace the roof of my mothers house as well in Northern IL. He gave a nice discount to both houses. His big crews showed up on time (pending weather, rain date) and had each roof removed within a few hours and a new roof completely installed by late afternoon. Of course, a good clean up of the property was included. Thanks, Brian... you were great to work with. See you in 30 more years!

The whole world is falling apart along with my roof during Covid-19. I had 3 different contractors look at my roof and gave a quote. Brian Scott was one of them and i just felt a genuine relationship with him. At a time no one wants to work and it is hard to get supplies. Brian was able to keep me informed of everything. he was able to finish the roof and soffit. It never looked this good. My wife and I are very happy with everything that Brian and his Team did.
