"We are so happy we hired Dennis for our job! It started as a simple quote for removing some excess dirt we had, and he pointed out we "might as well put him to work while he's there". As a next step in our project, we also needed an area churned up/tilled. He showed up with a dump truck and his skid steer. Once he was done hauling the dirt away, he worked for about another half hour churning up the remaining area with his skid steer - he clearly has a lot of experience!! He was working the machine like it was an extension of his hands, went right up to our fence, landscaping rocks, and bushes, and never touched any of them. Very high quality and experienced work, definitely recommend him! We'll be hiring him again for our next project."

"From my recent experience I recommend AVOID KAR Construction. We signed a contract to have new driveway installed 4-6-2022 with estimated Install date of 6-28-30-2022. Long story short this contractor never showed up after estimated install date passed. Communication was HORRIBLE, the only communication was when I text or called them and all I got were excuses of delays but constantly strung us along like our job was coming up soon. They strung us along until now only to tell us they wont be able to do it because of cold. I live in a newly constructed home so now our landscaping has been pushed back until spring. Needless to say we've cancelled our contract. Don't waste your time like I did. AVOID KAR Construction."
