They were quick and efficient. So far the heat has worked well, but it hasn't been really cold yet, so we'll see. Hoping for much more even heat and also lower bills. They also sent us all the paperwork for the energy rebate on the furnace. All we had to do was fill in a little bit and sign it to get our checks.

When I called into Wisconsin Fuel, the employees were very nice and willing to help. I told them the problem and they said they would get a technician out that day. The tech then came that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered that same day. They were back first thing the next day to fix the unit. I was a little disappointed that the dispatchers had quoted me 45-60 minutes of work and it ended up being 2 hours which means it was more expensive than I thought it would be. The good things about Wisconsin Fuel are definitely the employees, dispatch in particular. The pricing was high I thought but I was treated well and fairly.

Tech was not able to repair problem Friday night but came back Saturday morning with another tech and repaired the problem. This company stands behind their work 100 percent! I am so glad that we hired them to install our new furnace and ac. They truly deserves the A rating that they have!

I was worried about have made the right decision but from the moment the service guys showed up to the end of the job they made me feel great! Very professional they did everything right. After they first day(it was a 3.5 day job) I never worried again. It was so nice to have hired a company that actually takes pride in their work. This was not an easy job but Tim and Mike made it look easy. I live on a slab that has duct work running trough the concrete. The ducts filled with water this spring and had to be abandoned. All new ducts were installed in the attic,a hot nasty job. The end result was perfect. So glad that Angie's had high marks for this company. I joined Angies List for this reason and am glad I did!

Wisconsin Fuel and Heating was almost the last company we called for an estimate, their price was a little higher than what we wanted to pay but we were impressed with their willing to work with us, their professionalism and the dogs liked them! They were here the day and time specified, they did the job, cleaned up and had everything completed in one day. We are very happy with everything they did, both the heating and the ac have been working fine and the WE Energies bill did come down with the newer, more efficient units. I would definately recommend them to anyone who asked.

Louie, the service tech showed up at 8:30 - they said a.m. and they meant it! He even wore booties to protect my carpet and floors. - He reviewed the situation with the dryer and then took a look in the attic. He quoted me a price per hour and then en estimate for how long he thought it would take. There was a question on location of the hole to the attic and he contacted the the shop to confirm code regulations. It had to be moved - which was the only thing that caused him to take a little longer than quoted. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant - and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

AC and furnace about 15 years old and blower stopped working (for the second time). I had about 3 previous calls on this furnace and wanted to replace instead of repair. Did complete AC and furnace replacement in one day. Very professional staff and quick service. Went from a Monday call and visit quote with install the same week.

Had my ac running in about 30 mins. House went from 101° to a cool 70° in a couple hrs.

They were excellent. I have been bother by asthma since last winter so I wanted to make sure that there wasn't an issue with dust, mold, and pet hair/dander. They were very careful to get everything very clean, they paid very close attention to detail and explained everything that they were doing. they also showed me the results and were friendly, nice, and professional. They used 3 seperate filters including hepa filters and they were here for about 3 hours really doing a thorough, complete job. There was 1 area that they weren't satisified with and they kept at it until it was clean. I've used them for years for other heating and air conditioning issues too and they are just excellent and I really trust them.

Start to finish was very, very good, just the one small fleck about the call back. Estimator and workers friendly and experienced with loads of good Craftmanship for the trade. A pleasure to work with and pricing was fair(meaning good value for work done)

One of the glaring attributes was that of Matt who was the service tech. He was very professional and checked other components of my HVAC system and gave me some other insights to the system that i did not know. Would definitely use them again.

My first service call was on June 11. The tech was very courteous and quickly began to evaluate my A/C problem. The coils on the unit were cleaned, the system checked and a minor adjustment made. I was told that whoever had installed the A/C did a poor job but that it was installed correctly and was working. I paid the charges and he left. The weekend passed and the 90 degree plus days continued with no change in the performance of my A/C. It continued to run constantly and the interior temp never dropped below 78 degrees with temps reaching 80 to 81 degrees as the day went on. I called again on the morning of Wednesday, June 20th, and explained my unhappiness with the service call result. I was scheduled for a tech to come out that same afternoon. He wrapped some exposed coils to insulate them, checked everything once again and explained that the unit was working as hard as it could, but was undersized for the home I had just purchased. Wrote another check for time only (no service charge). Finally I had an answer and could understand why my house wouldn't cool off. So, I have to consider purchasing a new heater and A/C unit. Ugghhh!!!

The work done was excellent. These guys are always prompt, thorough and very professional. They arrived when expected and cleaned up the area after they had completed the job. I never worry about having their employees in the house. They do a good job of explaining what they have done and showing how the new units work.

The scheduler was very professional and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The 2 technicians showed up right on schedule. They were clean and professional and got the job done quickly at a reasonable cost.

Was the best. Not only did he tell me what was wrong and what was needed, he showed me. He left all the parts etc. out. This impressed me as he could have taken the time to put them back, as well as using the time to remove them again to replace them. This saved me from being charged for the time spent here. You can feel confident that this is an honest business that cares about their customers.

Called made the appt. they were very helpfull, the time window they gave me was very accurate. The tech. showed up as scheduled, he did his maintenance and I felt he was very honest. He explained to me in detail of what he did and did not have to do. For example he said my air filter was in good shape, no need to replace it at this time.Very friendly and knowlegable.

95 degrees outside and NO A/C. Called and got appointment next day. Steve arrived, assessed the problem immediately, and in 15 minutes we had cool air again.

I own a duplex. One of my chimney caps was rattling in the wind and I called them. So the other one I noticed was completely off. I called them and they were here within two hours. They fixed it and they were done with the whole thing within three hours from the time I called. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

The Gentleman who came out was polite and thorough.

Approx one month prior to June 30th Wisconsin Fuel came out and did our annual maintenace and checked our evaporator coil. It was know yet if it was the defective part so they inserted a die and told us they needed the AC to run a few weeks so the die could work its way through the system and determine where the potentila leak was. They scheduled a followup time to come and check again and was able to determine the coil was bad and replaced it under warranty. We did have to pay a bit for labor though.

It was a good experience. They did very good.
