They did a really good job and the stairs and sidewalk repair look beautiful. We were pleased with their work. They are very thorough and knowledgeable in the work that they do.

I had many companies tell me they would not consider paving my driveway for various reasons or they were incredibly expensive. It was an enormous project to undertake. In the end enough concrete was put down to cover an NBA basketball court. Professional Concrete came through and I love the results.

We are very happy with the driveway. I really appreciated the Angie’s List discount and senior discount Hector gave me. Hector's work was excellent and the attention to detail by him and all of his crew was awesome. The old driveway was removed and new one poured in one weeks time and Hector kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. We will definitely recommend Professional Concrete to everyone who asks about our driveway.

Hector and Angie were great to work with. Hector is involved in everything to make sure the services are done with excellence. Family business and Hector & team have many years of experience. During the one week project, Hector had 10 neighbors stop for his business card. A perfectionist is what the neighbors said and his team really hustles throughout the entire day. One thing that I should say that is not in the job scope is that Hector helped my mother (senior citizen) life out her trash over the construction and move her huge planters. Solid price...get them early in the year because they are booked the rest of the season!!!! Stop by and see the great work.

We went with someone else. I graded them as I did overall based on how they presented themselves and their estimate. They were very professional. At first I was pleased with the estimate but then I was concerned about how low it was. I think they did fiber mesh and we were looking for wire mesh. My interactions with them were fine. I didn't have any negative vibes. The estimate was sufficiently detailed. On quality of the estimate it was very sparse but I guess I can't have any argument with it. I probably wouldn't use them again because they are further away from us and I thought that would be maybe an issue with us. I just more was curious about their estimate and what have you.

Professional Concrete is fantastic. Hector was incredibly responsive and his team was really capable. They were really flexible; I had to coordinate with another contractor replacing part of the fencing near where Professional Concrete was working. They were really accommodating and focused on doing both jobs (what they were doing and the fence company) correctly. I will definitely be hiring them again for a patio next spring.

Hector the owner was on site and involved in the entire process of installing my backyard basketball court. It looks amazing, it's way beyond my expectations! Hector went over and above in every way, price, quality and his personal attention to detail and personal service - I highly recommend Professional Concrete, they're awesome!

They were very clean and professional. Very hard working guys that were there when they were suppose to be. Everything was explained, and we were very impressed with the extra jobs they did. Put soil around the concrete, and came back and sealed it all. Put an angle on the front porch, which most contractors don't do when house is built, but will save you a lot of $ when a few years later your porch starts sinking. We could not be happier with the results. Our yard is gorgeous with the new drive. Cost for drive was 25,700.00 and cost of porch was 7800.00. Both very reasonable, for the amount of work done.

The job was just finished and I wanted to write this review right away. Hector and crew came in and did a professional setup, pour and finish. I was very pleased with the quality of work and customer service. I would definitely recommend him for future work.

Professional Concrete Inc. was really helpful to my needs.I had called the company for a problem with my foundation and chimney I needed some restoration. He right away gave me an estimate and suggestions on what I would need done. I liked the way how Hector explained everything and answered all my concerns. He did a prompt and clean well done job. The price was reasonable, and the guys where really nice. The timing on my project wad in a good time matter. I would strongly recommend these guy for your projects on any services they provide. The name says it Professional Concrete Inc. they are definitely professionals.

Hector and his crew did an outstanding job. My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed as well as how Hector provided excellent customer service. He and his team went out of their way to ensure we were involved and happy with the process, from scheduling to explanations of the process and what to expect. Hector gave us great advice on what to do after they are gone and what they can be called for for follow up. The crew worked hard, long hours to get the job done as promptly as possible, even coming in over both Saturday and Sunday. I have to mention that I called Hector after interviewing six other contractors in the area, that had not satisfied me to hire them. I decided to expand my search on Angie's List and I saw Professional Concrete and all the great reviews it had. I decided to contact them and ask if they would come out even though they are in Kenosha. And they did come out. Hector impressed us right away. His patience and ability of explaining what to expect was what we were looking for. The price we paid is fair and we are very happy. The completed work is great. The driveway is perfect. Overall the job went very well. There was a problem that was discovered in reparation for the demolition of the large patio slab that Professional Concrete moved quickly to overcome. The slab to be demolished had cedar 4ftx4ft posts laid in the concrete as an artistic grid. There was concrete under the posts that was thought to be 2in thick (common practice), for a total thickness of 6in of concrete that would have to be removed. In reality there was a total thickness of 8in and re-bar. Professional Concrete provided a revised cost then and there, which I approved and they went off the get heavier demo equipment. Demolition was completed that first day. Framing was done two days later after a rain delay. The next gravel was laid. The concrete was to be poured on two separated days. The steps and small pad one day and the large slab the next. On the first pour day Mr. Martinez and his crew came by all set to pour and the weather was not optimum so the pours were put off until the following Monday. He did not want to rush and have the concrete crack in the future. I was in total agreement. On that Monday the weather just right and the two days of pours went off smoothly. Once the concrete set properly Professional Concrete returned shortly to cut the crack arrests. What remains to be done is application of the sealant and top soil to fill in by the forms and the ruts made in the lawn by the equipment. Throughout, Mr. Martinez and his crew were courteous, neat and efficient and explained each phase of work. I would recommend them and use them again.

We had gotten several estimates from local companies and even paid a deposit to someone. After enduring weeks of frustration, we demanded our money back and decided to give the work to someone else. We found Professional Concrete on Angie's List and gave them a call. The office clerk was very honest about their availability and indicated that they were booked well into October. However, she said that we should explain our situation to Hector and see if he could fit us into the schedule earlier. Hector showed up punctually for the interview, took measurements and gave us a written estimate on the spot. He was very friendly, but also very professional. He told us that he had many jobs and could not tell us exactly which day he could work on our project. However, he did give us a deadline for completion once we accepted his terms of doing the work in parts. As promised, he showed up one morning and did all the prep work and collected 50% of the payment, as agreed. A day or two later, he and his crew showed up and poured the concrete. After that, they returned and did all the clean up. The job was completed by the date that was promised and we paid the remaining balance. The day that the work was completed, Hector called me to give me instructions about watering the concrete due to the high temperatures. He followed up several times to make sure that it was being done. Hector even returned a week later to seal the patio at no extra charge, just like he promised. So far, we are very pleased with our patio and we look forward to spending many summer evenings outside. I would recommend this company.

Let me preface this by saying, I contacted 4 concrete "professionals" before finally finding Hector at Professional Concrete. I found them all on Angie's List. 3 of them did not show up for their estimate, no call, no show. One was 2 hours late and their estimate was ridiculously high. Professional Concrete was the exact opposite of the other companies. They showed up on time, did great work, at a reasonable price. We had a walkway that was made of paver stone leading up to my house. It was put in before we bought the home and it was not installed properly. It had sunk and become an eye-sore as well as a hazard. We also wanted to put in a new walkway to the side of my garage. Lastly, we wanted to put in six 3x3' concrete squares in a patio area in front of the house that we will accent with stone and create an artsy little space up front. I called Professional Concrete on a Saturday Afternoon. I had waited around all day for some other company to come out and give an estimate...and they never showed up. I was pretty frustrated. I left a message with Professional Concrete on Saturday and I received a call back on Monday morning at 8:30 AM. The woman on the phone was professional and very friendly. She said I could get an estimate the same day. Hector showed up 5 minutes early for the estimate. He was friendly and very professional. Me measured everything wrote up an estimate and was able to give me a price on the spot. I had already done some research about them and I had seen their sample photos online so I was pretty confident in their abilities. His price was very fair. It was not cheap but not expensive. It was pretty much what I thought it should cost. It was considerably less than the estimate given by the one other company who had bothered to show up. I was booked 2-3 weeks out which seemed reasonable. However, a week after the estimate I received a call saying that they could get to it early if I was interested. I was pleasantly surprised. They showed up on time on a Wednesday and tore everything out. They then spent some time with me designing the exact curves of the walkways and placement of decorative squares. They even saved the paver stones for me. They placed them on a pallet and moved the pallet where I requested. Then after that first day, they cleaned everything. they even swept and hosed off the street in front of my house where they had parked their truck and trailer. My driveway was cleaner than before they started. Hector made sure that all proper permits were pulled for my area. He even took it upon himself to stop in the inspector's office and make sure nothing special was required. Pleasant Prairie has some strict building codes. Friday, they put down the right amount of underbase and gravel and poured all of the concrete. You could tell in every step that they knew exactly what they were doing. The slope of one of my walkways did not make the job easy but it came out perfectly. Both walkways came out wonderfully. In fact they look better than I had envisioned. The decorative squares they poured are incredibly accurate and are perfectly square and exactly where I wanted them. They are all the exact same height off the ground. They were done just like they should be done...carefully and properly. Again, they look far better than I thought they could. They again cleaned everything and if it was not for the concrete forms and caution tape, you would never have known they were there. Saturday morning they showed up, again on time, and removed the forms and molds. The end result is simply great. Everything about the job is exactly what I wanted or better. Everything is perfectly sloped where I wanted slope or level where I wanted it level. The texture is great. The measurements are all spot on. My wife is extremely happy. Several of my neighbors have stopped by and told me how much better it looks. Anybody who has seen it has been very impressed with everything about their work. I myself am really shocked at how great it looks. I will call Hector and Professional Concrete for any type of concrete work I need done.

At first I was a bit nervous the guy that did my estimate looked so young. When he started measuring for the driveway estimate I noticed he knew what he was doing so I relaxed. I also liked the price he gave me, a great price compared to 2 other companies I inquired so I went ahead and asked for a chimney repair. He did not pressure me but he gave me confidence to go ahead with my projects. I would definitely recommend Professional Concrete Inc. They are reliable and accurate. They explain really well what the process is into doing the job to your expectations they did for me.
