Excellent. Oksana and her team performed a deep cleaning of our home prior to putting it on the market. I can honestly say that she not only completed the work much faster than I would have having done it myself - but she did a much more thorough job. She knows exaclty what products to use to get superior results. My home never looked better. Since that time I have also used Oksana for bi-weekly cleanings and also a deep cleaning of the new home we purchased. She is always fast, thorough, friendly and professional. She also does a great time working around my kids and naps!

They did a terrific job! I was so happy! What would have taken me all day they got done in under 3 hours. They were very efficient which is important when you're billed by the hour. I have asthma so Oksana spent time with me on the phone before the visit and when she arrived to make sure we talked through the products she would be using. She was very accommodating and receptive to using the products and tools (like my vacuum) I preferred. I felt comfortable leaving them in my house while I ran some errands. Her crew this day was her mom (Oksana and her mom work together) and her brother. Oksana texted me when they were close to finishing so I could return home. When I came home, Oksana spent about half an hour telling me everywhere they cleaned and what trouble spots they found (things that weren't as clean as other areas). She was genuine, sincere and very personable. She really cared about making sure I was pleased with their work and so I found her customer service skills to be very impressive. She asked me to get back to her to let her know what I thought of the work and if I was pleased such that I'd want to hire her going forward. There was no question in my mind I would hire her for future work and I look forward to her cleaning my house in the future!

Oksana does a fabulous job for us! She is always prompt, thorough, and very flexible. She is always willing to go the extra mile, and do special things if needed. Her work is excellent. She pays attention to detail and helps make our home comfortable. We have to little kids, so she has to work around toys and clutter, but she never complains and we always come home to things rearranged and perfect.

Oksana was fabulous and so was her crew, everyone was very professional. It took them 3 hours to do a DEEP CLEAN, and we desperately needed it. My husband and I were thrilled that she was able to accommodate us on short notice. We have 3 kids and our 2 dogs, which are labs, shed a fair amount. They scrubbed from the ground up and even did things we didn't expect. They went over and above which was very much appreciated. She texted me when they were finished and we will be having her clean for us on a weekly basis! It was a huge weight that was lifted off my shoulders, thank you!!!

They are thorough in cleaning our home in a timely manner every two weeks. Clean all the bathrooms and showers and wash floors by hand which we did not get from our previous service. Vacuuming is great on all carpet surfaces. Took into consideration that I am allergice to most chemicals in household cleaners and uses what I provide or only natural products which was a huge health concern I had.. We have not had any issues since they started a few months ago. Would highly recommend them.

Her team is fantastic, courteous, punctual and so professional. They come in, clean the house thoroughly and quickly. Excellent service, does not cut any corners, Scrubs and polishes all areas in our home

Oksana purchased the cleaning business from my former service since she retired. Oksana worked with that service for many months meeting me and my cleaning needs, along with some members of her current crew. Oksana is very bubbly and sweet. She will respond immediately to anything you need. My need each week are general since I have a family of 5 and cleaning all week is still necessary. Oksana's team does the major weekly cleaning and does a very nice job. I like that they are incredibly trust-worthy and you never have to worry about them your home when you are away. They do a quick job as a team and will work within your needs. For example, I prefer only natural, non-toxic cleaning products and Oksana always checks with me to see if any particular product would be ok or not. She is very energetic and I would recommend her and her team.

Oksana and the Girla always arrive with a smile and conversation. They are thorough and very conscious of each detail. There are no Dont's listed here simply because she doesn't accept don't in her career. A joy to be around while she works and I trust her when I can not be there.

Oksana is a great person to work with and very professional. She makes sure to thoroughly clean everything and she takes her time to do it right. I am very satisfied with her services and we've had her clean our house now for almost 1 year, once per month. Her pricing is very reasonable too.
