Oksana and her team are amazing -- they provide a high quality cleaning at an reasonable price. They are also very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I love that they are animal friendly so I never have to worry about leaving my pups behind while they are cleaning. In addition, they are trustworthy and dependable -- I've had other cleaning services in the past and they are the best!

We have used Oksana and her cleaning crew for several years. Most of the time I try to keep up with house cleaning myself, but use Oksana and her girls about 4 times a year. They do a thorough and excellent job, including cleaning window blinds, chandeliers, oak wood floors and cabinets. They are punctual, polite and friendly too.

Oksana and her team are absolutely wonderful. We have Olga clean once a month and she is unbelievably thorough. She's professional, punctual, and super-efficient! Oksana is very flexible with me and can always reschedule or squeeze me in on another day if for some reason our regular date doesn't work. Her prices are also very reasonable. Olga lives quite a distance from us and I also appreciate that Oksana is able to have her team travel to fit our needs. I would highly recommend Oksana's cleaning service!

My wife and I have used Oksana and Galyna for a few years. We find not only her work, but more importantly her ethic and personality a perfect fit for us. There is a normal routine which is done every time, but other cleaning always seem to come up and Oksana is always very happy to accomplish it in conjunction with our regular items. You can just tell that she is happy in her work. That happiness comes through in her personality. She isn't just a contractor to us, she has become a friend. When it comes to a home, you have to have trust. Oksana is a person you can trust. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this cleaning service! Oksana and Olga are both fantastic and meticulous They listen to what you need and get it done better than anticipated. My home has never been cleaner. They also are so kind to my dogs and can let themselves in and be alone with my dogs with no issues. My dogs love them too!

I have been using Oksana for almost 2 years. I could not imagine a week without her coming to the house she takes care of everything and her and her staff are the friendliest people we have ever had. We have had numerous other before her but we would never stop using her she is awesome.

I needed help around my house quickly. I got 2 new dogs that were quickly starting to stink, I was expecting and was high risk, and I still had a full time job. I hired Oksana's Cleaning Service back in July 2018 for monthly cleanings of my apartment, and I couldn't be more thrilled! She initially discussed her services with me on the phone - after normal working hours - plus has scheduled our appointments on the Saturday that's convenient for me. Oksana and her team take care of my apartment better than I could, cleaning things that I'm just not interested in doing myself, even if I had the time to do it. They are always pleasant and efficient, and are a delight to have in my home. I wouldn't dream of trusting a different cleaning company than Oksana's!

They do not service the minong/wascott area of Wisconsin.

Oksana's Cleaning Service is a really good fit for me. She comes to my house herself, along with her crew, and she does the work with them. I am pretty easy to please, as when someone else is cleaning my toilet, I'm grateful. But honestly, they do a very good job. We have really hard water, and the mineral buildup is a beast; she and her crew deal with it better than I do. Oksana and the crew folks are all very friendly, and I enjoy talking to them, too. I'm not the world's best housekeeper, so I try to do that whole "clean the house for the cleaning people" thing, but there are weeks that I just don't do a good job of it; they never complain or make me feel judged about it! The price is really great, too. I really appreciate them and don't plan on changing services anytime soon!

Oksana and her mom helped me with a whole house cleaning when we moved into our house, and Olga has help me with monthly cleaning for the past several months. In all cases, their work has been excellent. Detail oriented, friendly, punctual, trustworthy... the best you can ask for. I’ve recommended Olga to my neighbor, who is very happy with her as well.

I highly recommend Oksana's Cleaning Service. They did a superb job from the initial deep clean throughout my home and then each bi weekly appointment thereafter. They show up on time and work vigorously during the 1.5 hours they are in my home. They are very thorough and are open to doing other areas of my home if I needed. They are all so friendly and accomodating. I have had several cleaning services in the past, but this is the first time I am really happy with the way my home looks and feels after a day of Cleaning done by Oksana's.

I called Oksana to set up a deep clean on our home. I called her during the week, but didn't get a person to answer the phone so I left a voice message. After waiting a couple of days with no response I called again on a Saturday and I spoke to Oksana. She said she remembered me from a cleaning that her crew had done about 6 months previously. She asked me to send her my contact information in a text message to her and that she would call me back the next day, which I did . It was the Memorial weekend so I waited until Tuesday to call her again since she hadn't called me back. Again I left her my contact information and asked her to let me know if we could confirm the appointment. Having still not heard from her I called again that Tuesday late afternoon, but the attempted call cut over to her answering machine right away. I ended up calling her on Wednesday to tell her my disappointment regarding her customer courtesy and professionalism, but I got her answering machine again which I left her my message. I finally got a text from her on Friday afternoon wondering if I still wanted the cleaning for Saturday. I responded back that I had gotten another cleaning company. I will say the work they performed for me previously was very good. Very thorough cleaning, but I cannot explain why she handled this encounter so poorly. I will never use her again because of this experience of such poor customer service and professionalism.

Oksana and her mother are amazing! I have two little kids and my house gets dirty quickly. I don't need to tell them what to do and they clean my house from top to bottom. Things that I normally don't have time to clean they make sure it's done. It's important for me to have a clean house with two babies. A couple of times I had a special request and they were more than happy help me. I trust them to come into my house while I'm away and this means a lot to me! They're not only personable but respectful and do a great job.
