Hello, my name is Nick, owner of Under Construction of WI LLC. Im a licensed home remodeling contractor specializing in kitchens and bathrooms and basement / attic conversions into living space. Ive been in the home remodeling/construction/demolition/abatement industry for the better part of 30 years. Eventually incorporating in 2007. Since then I have concentrated in homeowner kitchen and bathroom projects and/or for real estate investors using their projects for rentals or for flips. I can handle full house projects or simple one room updates decks of any size or material demolition drywall electrical plumbing painting millwork hardwood or engineered flooring wall and floor tile. Depending on size and scope of work I typically do most work myself . But also utilize sub-contractors that I trust and have worked with in the past when the job calls for it. All work was done with perfection including painting, trim work, floor tiles, building walls and installing a shower that was trenched for a tub and not in the correct drain position.
