The company owner responded to my inquiry within an hour and personally installed the water treatment system the next day. Best response to customer that I have experienced in years. Also, he was very knowledgable of product and water treatment science in general. Polite and professional.

Lee Van Rite came to my house to check out the job, and not only gave me a fair estimate of cost, but actually did the job immediately!! Worked efficiently, kept me informed, and cleaned up everything before he and Josh left. I was extremely happy with everything. Gas piping is something I was uncomfortable doing myself, but they did a great job, and checked out possible leaks--I feel very safe!! I would definitely call them again for any type of plumbing job. Efficient, professional, and informative.
