Consummate professionals.. Larry Van Rite thoroughly described what was being done and why, gave a reasonable estimate and came in at that number per the schedule. Lee was well informed. Didn't do any extra work that was not needed. The problem I was most worried about, didn't need a giant fix; and he was honest about it. Over all a good experience. I will call them again if I have problems. Cleaned up everything after he was done.
