Description of Work: A/C tune up; prompt, honest, and price was great. One thing that stood out was the technician said he believed he'd have to fill fluid that would cost a certain amount. However after giving him the go ahead, and him measuring the amount he actually used, it came out less - VERY HONEST, and he only charged for the amount of fluid he used.

Response from K Komfort Heating & Cooling
The service was provided in August. The customer called complaining to AC not working and a lot of water around the furnace. When a technician came out, he found that the filter was completely plugged which restricted the air flow, which leads the AC system to freeze and stop working. Once the AC stops working the system is unfreezing and the condensation starts leaking from the evaporator coil down inside the furnace. The technician replaced a filter and checked the refrigerant pressure to make sure it was sufficient. We have not received calls from the customer ever since until this review. Once I contacted the customer to find out what lead to this review I was told that the there is a leak from the exhaust pipe which is a heating problem and couldn't not be observed during the visit in August. I offered to come out to the customer's house to take a look at the problem to get the issue resolved but was told that I will have to speak with the home owner. I tried calling several times after this conversation and left a voice message but my calls were not returned. I hope we would get a chance to come out to take a look what the problem with the system is now and get it resolved. Slava Krol K Komfort Vice President
