A+. It took them over 12 hours to install. They did a great job fitting me in at their busy time of year.

It went as expected although I'm not sure it was as throuogh as was described in the Angie's ad. My furnace was working fine but it had been at least three years since a tune up was done so it was time. The tech said the flame sensor was quite dirty so he cleaned it and I've noticed the furnace isn't mis-firing like it had before.

11/29 appointment,they originally had my address wrong, was late in the day, they called and asked if they could reschedule. I agreed to reschedule, for 12/5, the rescheduled date also had wrong address, so they arrived late. Once here, he did a great job, went over all the test he completed, with some recommendations for future considerations. Was very pleased with his work.

He arrived on time and was very nice. Pleasant working with him. He did a thorough job and bled one of my radiators I was having troubles with. Very professional. Definitely will use this service again.

Well so they had to let me contact in our city their suppose to get a confirmation from the city that they are doing this work and I don't know if they get it or not. It was good so I think they did everything in time and everything is fine, so far we don't have any complains so yeah I would say good.

I needed old furnace to be replaced and removed - they did a great job - very efficient. In half a day all was done and cleaned. New furnace was installed and tested. I also have multiple gas leaks in the pipes - they not only patched some, but also replaced some piping. Very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to any one.

He was supposed to inspect and tune up the furnace. He did not put a sticker on the furnace showing that he did do the inspection nor did he change the filter. I would?ve thought that changing the filter would?ve been part of the service. There was no way to tell if he did anything at all.

The tech called about an hour before the scheduled arrival time. He was on time. He inspected the units inside and outside. He checked the freon levels in both units and replaced the filters in the furnaces. I provided the filters. I thought the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He shared a couple tips with me. I would use them again if I needed service.

They were good. He was good. We would possibly use them again in the future. I am not sure. He did not cross me as a real professional. He did his job, but there was not much enthusiasm.

I was pleased with the prompt response on a busy Saturday and am grateful to return to a comfortable temperature. The technician was efficient, professional and was able to explain clearly what the problem was.

He was wonderful. Very very accommodating and felt comfortable with his manner.

UPDATE: 5/10/15 Following my review posting, K Komfort called my husband to inform him that the cashing of the check was an accounting error and to ask that we take down the review. They called several times. A couple of weeks later we received a letter of apology and a refund check. They continued to call to ask that we take down the review.

It was okay. I wouldn't say it was great, I wouldn't say it was poor.

They didn't come out. They left a message through Angie's List, but they didn't come out. Apparently there was something wrong with the connectivity. They didn't get the email that we replied. I stayed home all day waiting for them and emailed them and never heard from them. I was disappointed. But then, after the third contact with them, I filed a help request to Angie's List and they responded back to me with a survey. And then, I got a call from somebody giving me a refund for my $63. Then the company itself put an email through the system of Angie's List offering apologies for the mishap and hoping that they could have a second chance. But, I didn't reschedule. I may use them in future.

The boiler had 2 issues - a dripping pressure relief valve and a chattering gas valve. The unit was still operational so it was not an urgent call. Eugene, the owner, came out to to diagnose the problem. He determined that the pressure was high due to a bad expansion tank (bladder was shot and tank full of water). He also said that the chattering of the gas valve was an indication that is was going to fail soon. We discussed cost of replacing the unit, compared to the ballpark estimate for repair, but there was no hard sell. I decided to get it repaired. The job was scheduled for a week or so later. The technician that came out with the needed parts and went right to work. He replaced the pressure expansion tank, the gas valve, the thermal couple, auto bleeder and adjusted the pressure settings. In addition, since we had the system drained I asked him to remove one of the old cast iron radiators in preparation for a remodel project. This was incremental work that added an hour or two of labor to the bill, but it really helped me out. Bottom line - the initial diagnosis was correct, the cost was in line with the ballpark estimate, both Eugene and the tech were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will use them again and recommend them highly. The boiler is running like a champ - no drips, no chattering and plenty of heat.

I was not very happy with the service since the electrical elements of my furnace were not tended to. I needed help with the ultraviolet light section of my furnace. When the gentleman realized that he didn’t have what was needed for repair he said he would contact me the following day to come out and complete the repair. I never heard from him, even after I placed a phone call to them. All they serviced then were the filters more or less. As luck should have it though, my old furnace guy stopped by though his company is no longer in business and he was able to help. It was expensive, but I know it was done right. As for the provider though, I was very disappointed.

Very professional service that greatly helped me understand best use of furnace in my new condo. Probably saved me an expensive holiday service call by pointing out the low battery light on my thermostat that would have rendered furnace inoperable had it not been replaced.....a bad, bad feature on this Honeywell thermostat.

Service was scheduled promptly and at our convenience. The tech came out and did the work, and found that we needed some more freon so the system would perform optimally. This came at an extra charge, but that was ok since it was not included in the deal. While the past summer was not very hot and we didn't have to use the system often, it worked well when we did use it. I'd use them again for future work, even if I didn't have an Angie's List deal.

It was easy and quick to make the appointment at a convenient date/time. Eugene was very professional and polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed our problem with the A/C, and did preliminary troubleshooting of the furnace and A/C to find a short in the A/C wiring. He corrected the problem and the A/C unit fran fine. He serviced the unit and was very considerate and tidy in the process. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use K Komfort again for our HVAC needs.
