The woman who came to my home was professional and curteous. She was easy to talk to about how you wanted your house cleaned and was flexible. My house looked great. I felt this provider was prompt, gave you want you paid for, and was very easy to work with. Which hasn't been my experience with housecleaning services.

Good. The first time we got them we had some remodeling done and the whole house was stuffed from the dry wall and so hired them specifically for a big cleanup after remodeling and they will do jobs like that and they will do once a week or at least they will do on a scheduled basis as once a month but they don't demand that you have a routine with them if decided I didn't need them once a month I could simply call and schedule separate appointments. They will do anything from windows. They will come and assess what you want done and give you a bid for what you want them to do. They will run errands, they will do laundry. They will do just a big array of things and probably anything I could think of they would at least consider it. They are far more flexible than my experience in the past. They have all of their supplies with them. They come with their own vacuum cleaner. They will use mine if I want them to and do because its a heavy rug cleaner with a brush and they have backpack vacuum. If say this isn't a problem right now but could you focus on this instead they do. Very good punctuality. To me their flexibility makes up for anyway I could beat the price.

Most everything was really well done. The kitchen was beautiful, and the bedrooms were really clean. The only exception was the bathroom. When I inspected the work that had been done, I noticed that the individual who had come to clean had missed the corner around and behind the toilet. Thankfully, Jody, the owner of Peace of Mind, called for some follow-up feedback. When I returned her call, I mentioned the area that had been missed, and they were able to send someone out to finish the job that same day. Considering how well done everything else was, and that they were so willing (and ready) to send someone out the fix that issue (for free), I would definitely recommend the service to others.

Did an ok job but not the best. Our house was not messy but just needed a little thorough cleaning. We weren't home when our cleaning lady came So we gave her a detailed list but I would say I didn't see much done. The only thing I liked from the service was our floors. Overall was not too impressed. Our cleaning lady was also late. Paid for four hours of cleaning but felt like an hour worth of cleaning.

They are really friendly, many times I am down in the basement doing the laundry and have chatted with the ladies on more than one occasion.

Professionalism: When I called them to get an estimate, they gave me a quote of $150 to $200 total based on the description of my house. During the day, while the cleaning crew were cleaning the house, an estimator came out and indicated tht it would cost more than the original estimate and said that it would now cost $250. When they finally finished the cleaning, I ended up paying $312. Quality: I would not consider the cleaning people to be experienced or professional. They were not efficient and didn't even bring all the supplies and had to borrow mine. One of the two cleaning persons was a teenager, which explains the lack of experience aspect. I don't think they specialize in cleaning. I would not recommend.

I use them regularly and they come every 2 weeks and they're very good. I like their ability and the thoroughness of the cleaning service.

We love this service. The girl they sent to clean our house is very professional and courteous. She has a knack for organizing our messy closets, cabinets, drawers. Always on time and finishes the whole house in a matter of hours. Highly recommended.

We've used this service for a couple years now and have been very happy. It's a completely local business with great service and extremely competitive pricing.

I have used this service for over one year. They dust all furniture, appliances, wall hangings, Lamps, blinds and inside windows. They vacuum all carpets, wooden floors, also wash the wooden floors. Completely wash, clean and sanitize everything in the bathrooms. Clean all appliances in the kitchen and the inside of the microwave. Any clutter is neatly arranged but not discarded. They will change the bedding if we leave fresh bedding out. We have selected one young lady, Renee, and the company made every effort to always have Renee come to our home. I would recommend "Peace Of Mind Concierge" to anyone who needs or is looking for these services.

This is all done within the 2 hour min. I have not needed to use any other service.

The owner of Peace of Mind is super nice and very accommodating. The employees who clean our house do a very nice job. We decided to have them come in monthly, and it has been WONDERFUL. I would definitely recommend them.

Two ladies came to do a deep cleaning of my small house and boy did they do a fantastic job!! I have two dogs and two jobs so no time to clean so my house was very dirst and when I came back to inspect the work, I almost cried it was so beautiful! Every nook & cranny was clean and everything was right were it was supposed to be. The sales person estimated 4 hours & that's what it took. The girls were even early and started right in. They even gave me a tip on keeping a few areas clean. My allergies are better now that my house is clean & I will be continuing to use their service on a monthly basis. And in the future, if my budget allows, I will step it u[ to bi-weekly.
