The person who cleaned the apartment was great! She was very polite and friendly! She did a great job cleaning the apartment. She even made the bed and vacuumed the couch! I would hire her again! The pricing was very reasonable.

We have used Peace of Mind for several years. They try to always send the same person to clean, which we appreciate because the person gets to know our house and we can develop a relationship. When we have had an issue, whether with the cleaning done or with the person cleaning, they are very responsive in resolving the issue.

Jodi, who manages the appointments, was always very professional and responsive. We had "permanent" cleaning lady coming to our house every other Friday and she was very easy to deal with. We loved her. When this lady got ill and stopped coming the company was promptly providing us with various cleaning staff - like four different people were interchangeably doing our cleaning appointments. And all the cleaning ladies we had were very good. It felt like they all had pretty good training. I was really impressed. Everybody has different idea what clean means, so it is not like the cleaning was always "ideal" for me. But I didn't expect "ideal". I know if I want "ideal" I would have to clean myself :) What I really appreciate is the professionalism. And that was what I was for sure getting from ALL the stuff - starting with the manager and ending with the cleaning ladies.

Well. They should have paid more attention to detail and cleaned better where I can't get to like under cabinets aND beds.

Great. She was friendly and got everything done. I have two little kids and she tried not to disturb them or me but asked me if I wanted anything done a certain way.

An excellent cleaning service for a reasonable price. I so enjoy having those hours on the weekend to spend with my family. They have shown up, on time, every other week for the past year! I highly recommend.

I have two dogs and they generate a lot of hair balls on the floors. Bathrooms is spotless. House is now much cleaner on a regular basis :)

While not a lot of cleaning, they did a very good job! My wife was at home and mentioned to me the professionalism and prompt work. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely hire again.

It went ok. I thought the price was a little bit high. They were a little bit late and I had to reschedule with them a couple of times. They were hard to get a hold of.

It was pretty good until the regular person I had left.

They have different ones that come, but everyone I have had has been fine. It usually the third or fourth Wednesday of every month when they come. My house is clean better than I can do it anymore. It costs $70 for two hours. They give me an approximate time that they will be here, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, but I know that can't be helped. I have had no problems with them. I think their price is pretty reasonable. Some of the girls do A work and some of them B. Some of the girls do in more detail. I would give the last girl that was here an A.

We have used POMC for about 6 months now. They have been very inconsistent in quality and being able to assign us a regular staff member. Because of this inconsistency the cleanings were all over the board. We had one great maid who was exceptional but left the company after only a few cleanings with us - appears to be high turn over and management can't keep up. I would recommend better training practices to keep consistency and when they quote services at a home ensure staff is completing the list. After months of patience with them and several opportunities to change we have decided to move on.

I've had this company for years, they do great work, can't recommend enough.

We used this service for over three years. They were great for most of it but the last 6 months were not good. We had one cleaner for most of that time but after she quit they were unable to retain quality employees. Three new employees quit one after the other and another couldn't keep up with the work. We didn't feel safe having so many people in and out of our house so it was time to move on.

Cleaners took to many breaks (every 2 hours). Never finished the job (3, one for each story). One abruptly left after 4 hours. Was told she had another cleaning to do..ugh! Windows, baseboards, master bedroom were never done. Floors were not only not washed, but weren't even vacuumed before or after they arrived, and it rained all day:( Management was very curtious and understanding, as well as responsive. I was sent another cleaner a few days later, to Finnish the job. Sorry to say, she didn't Finnish the windows, nor the bedroom. But..did a thuro, and complete job on what she did worked on. I feel if this company had hired more help like the returning worker, the job could have been completed in the first day.

Girls took too many breaks, never vacumed the wood floors, dragged mud in. 3rd person left after only 2 hours and was told she had another job to go too. Unplugged my freezer in the basement and never plugged back in..LOST all of my meat in it, as the renters did not notice it for 3 days! Didn't dust/clean any of the fans or kichen cabinets.

It turned out great. This was a housewarming gift. They did a great job. I was very happy. I talked to some other people that I had found on Angie's List and they weren't willing to do windows or other things for an empty house cleaning. These people were "no problem, no problem" and they did everything. Their attitude was completely willing to come out and they worked with my schedule because I had 1 day that would work with my son and daughter-in-law's schedule and it was a Friday. They had no problem committing to that schedule. They just kinda bent over backwards to accommodate me.

There were a couple of little problems and I didn't complain right away to the owner. So I didn't feel it was fair to put comments, without her being able to fix it because she did volunteer to come back and do another visit. It was for my son's condo and he moved out. She didn't empty the wastebaskets and there were cobwebs on the dining room chandelier and I had asked her to clean the front of one of the cupboards and she didn't do that. They came soon. They were on time.

She only finished two bathrooms and part of the third bathroom in two hours. The cost was too much for that. My understanding was they were going to send two people instead they only sent one. way too much money for cleaning 2.5 bathrooms. She did clean the bathroom well.

THE stove and micro looked wonderful. then it went down hill from there. the person was very nice, talked way to much and used her phone to text when out of the room. told her to clean baseboards in kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. She did not like to bend and when she left i had to go under the cabinets to clean under those baseboards. She used a mop to clean the floors, i could do that myself. I wanted her to get in the corners on the floors, since i can't bend like i used to. corners were still dirty when she left. asked her to clean the bath tub area. i had cleaned it before she came but i needed some soap scum to come off that i could not get. looked the same when she left. this was 4 hours of work and $150.00 bad news, never will do that again

Samantha did a great job! How nice to come home to a clean house while I am pregnant and getting ready to go on vacation. I look forward to working with them again!
