Description of Work: they are a cleaning service. they weren't bad. I did not like the changing of each girl every time. I would have liked the same girl all the time. Also the girls were inexperienced cleaners except for one. Who I tried to get again but I think she left. I think there prices are also high for what you get. I would use them again in a pinch.The staff are who set appointments are pretty good.

Description of Work: Our house had not been cleaned in a long time. We had done some rennovation and with plaster dust everywhere in our 100 plus year old home we asked them to come in and just clean the wood work which is major in our house. The two women were cheerful, efficient, kind, and I was suprised at how fast they worked. They were great!

Description of Work: 2 ladies scrubbed my house for 2.5 hrs, 2 bathrooms, only one of the bedrooms at my request, kitchen, living room and dining. I have laminated or vinyl floors in all of these rooms and they did the floors on hands and knees. My house was very neglected and they did so well that two weeks later it still looks good. I have them booked for every 2 weeks and I can't wait to see them again this Monday. Mind you, I have a dog and 2 cats too

Description of Work: I have them come once a month for 2 hours to clean. This is their minimum |commitment for clients. I showed them what I wanted done the first time and then created a list; clean bathrooms, toilet, sink, shower, floors, etc. I have been very happy with the quality of their work. If there is ever a problem, they respond right away. I think the price is a little high but feel I am getting my moneys worth.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" and had Piece of Mind Concierge Service clean a vacant rental unit. They performed well. However, when all was said and done, the total cost exceeded the original cost of the "Big Deal". The time required to clean a vacant, 3 bedroom, 1100 sq ft flat with hardwood floors was definitely more than expected.

Description of Work: Jazmine, the young woman cleaner, did my laundry as well as quite a good job of housecleaning, especially as it was her first time in my home. She was a hard worker and very willing to be directed -- a pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: They were very professional and did an excellent job of |cleaning. They brought all of the cleaning liquids and |apparatus that were needed for the job. I was very pleased |with the service overall.

Description of Work: She cleaned the kitchen cabinets and lined them with paper. There should have been two workers because there was not enough time to finish the job. Only two cabinets were cleaned and lined and I have more! I was told that two hours was enough time but two hours with two people would have been perfect. This was $80 for two hours on Angie's List and I am so disappointed.

Description of Work: Peace of Mind Concierge Service is a reliable cleaning service that is willing to work with each customer about what they want and do not want cleaned. I have a 3,600 square foot home with a finished basement. I have worked out a schedule with Peach of Mind to rotate some rooms that they clean every time they come and some rooms like the bathrooms and kitchen that they do every time they come. They were willing to come every two weeks They first sent a team of 4 to deep clean my home but now we get by with a team of two gals that take 4 hours to clean my home. While 4 hours seems like a long time to clean my home, they are very thorough and clean things I wouldn't think of cleaning! I know it is clean when they are done. One worker knocked a picture off the wall by accident and we were able to come to an agreement on compensation for the mistake. I have the same team leader every time they come who knows how I like things to be done. I appreciate their help very much and would highly recommend them. We also had a daughter get married this summer and contracted for Peace of Mind to have one of their employees serve food at our home the day after for a picnic we had in our yard. She was courteous, quickly caught on to little ways she could be helpful and thought up a few ways to assist us and was a joy to have that day. Overall, I like their hard work and willingness to assist me in my needs. Another company I tried was too rigid for me.
