Description of Work: I was staying at a friends house recovering from surgery. I wanted to leave her with a clean home as a thank you. They cleaned all the floors and the 2 shower stalls and cleaned all the baseboards. The 2 ladies were fast, pleasant and did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaning service. If they would have sent 2 people for 1 hour, instead of 1 person for 2 hours, I think more would have been accomplished.

Description of Work: the entire house was done. I asked that the big windows in the back of the house by done, and they were. I asked that they schedule us going forward. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I asked for a deep cleaning group because we had moved out of our old house. The house was empty but i wanted a thorough cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms and floors. I requested experienced cleaners and I even promised if they did a good job I would continue service in my new home. I explained that I am a pretty clean person and this is the first time I've ever asked for help. I put faith that they would place me with the right group of cleaning staff. Unfortunately that did not happen. They were supposed to arrive at 9, arrived about 9:20 which wasn't a big deal for me. However I was a bit surprised when two young men arrived at my house. Couldn't have to much experience as they were pretty young. But whatever, I thought ok let's see how this goes. They were also pretty personable and friendly which was a plus. I have to say it was more of a light cleaning though. Everything was dusted and wiped up but that's about it. Sinks still had hard water marks and drains still had dark spots. The mirrors were wiped down but left streaky. They were there all day so I'm not sure what took so long, I wasn't there. Anyhow, my credit card was charged about $600 and I still had to go back and clean. The boys they sent me would be great to clean offices and possibly daily maintenance. They were not a deep clean group like I requested. The employer should know how to match the right employee with the right customer and this was not done.

Description of Work: I had specific instruction of things I wanted cleaned before we moved in,and they were not. It's sucks because I was charged for 4 hours of cleaning and I've been wasting my time doing what I offered to pay more for to have someone else do it. Cleaning services are overrated and best you do it yourself then at least you know it was done correct.
