Very prompt and he delivered as promised.

I was very pleased with the entire project. Hank returned my call promptly and scheduled the estimate visit within a short period of time. The work he did looks great and he was very efficient. I needed to replace two storms, and he gave me a good recommendation on where to go to get them at a good price.

I called Hank for an estimate, he showed up when he said he was going to and was good about calling me back when I had questions. I was very happy with the estimated price so I decided to work with Hank, he was actually able to start the work earlier than I expected. Upon demolition of the old back deck it was discovered that there was going to be some additional work required, Hank told me that would increase the estimate by $50 to $100. He was able to finish the work really quickly and I am very happy with the end result. I will definitely use him again if I need any sort of general construction work that I am unwilling to perform myself. Most of all he showed up when he said he would and always called back.

Hank is wonderful. He offered to come to my house at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. On time and cheerful, he completed the tasks quickly and neatly. A few days later I had to call on him again to 'fix' a project I thought I could handle on my own. This time he came in a few hours and rescued my project and my ego! He is quite a guy!

Hank came over almost immediately after I phoned. He gave me an estimate and I hired him. He came back when he said he would and he was prompt and fairly efficient. He's fussy about his work and for the most part did a beautiful job. Because the wall and ceiling weren't plumb it's more important to make sure things are visually straight than true. There are a couple of things I will have to take care of myself. I furnished all the materials and had some equipment. The price was for labor only. Hank charges $47.00 an hour which is about 12 dollars and hour higher than the going rate. He's a good craftsman. He made two trips to complete the job. He didn't clean up his mess either time and he became too familiar at the end of the job.

He came out on a Sunday. He was quite the talker! His work was good, and I'll hire him in the future. I'm not sure how he priced out the work.

Hank was very personable and friendly. He analyzed the job and gave us a few options and suggestions. He was always on time and communicated with us on the phone several times before starting the job. We will definitely call him again for our next carpentry project.

I called Hank on 1/18 to request an estimate on installing wood base moulding in our basement and to my surprise he arrived that afternoon to give me the estimate. Hank stated that he could start the job the following day which worked out great for us as this is just one part of a larger project. I had to do some prep work that night and remove the old vinyl base moulding and cut back the carpeting a few inches to make room for the new base moulding. Our basement was constructed with steel studs so Hank used both nails and Liquid Nails to secure the base moulding. He started the project the following day (1/19) and completed it on 1/23. Now I am going to prime and paint the base moulding. We were extremely pleased with Hank's work. He uses a coping saw which is rare these days and the base moulding looks great. We are going to hire Hank for other projects that we have in the basement as well.

He came on time at 4 pm after his full time job and worked for about 4 hours a day for 3 days. He completed the job as planned. Since he is a professional carpenter he did a very precise job and we paid for his skill. He charges $47/hour.

Hank was a pleasure to work with. Our breezeway needed some work, two new doors, one of which needed to be moved to a different location. Hank paid a visit one night and gave us a number of options, and lots to think about. We selected the doors, described what we wanted, and he gave us an estimate, picked up the doors and got to work. This was not a job where a manual or instruction book would've helped at all. Hank really exhibited his talents as a carpenter very well. The old doors and frames were shot, yet Hank maintained the exterior structure, while seamlessly building in the new frames and doors. The rotting wood is no longer there, we now have new cedar panels along the floor boards. All that's left is for us to paint, which we were going to do anyways. Hank's a gentleman and worked alone on a pretty efficient schedule. Hank's a trustworthy man, and someone we will no doubt call upon in the future.

I don't have any complaints about the work that he did. He gave me an estimate for $2200 but then once the work was completed he charged me $3,466. He didn't do any extra work just what I had asked him to do when he gave me the estimate.

After we called, Hank called us back promptly and made an appointment to come and give an estimate. He then called again and came sooner than he originally thought he could. He explained what he would do and when he would come to do it. He actually came an hour early and finished the work as planned.

Hank was prompt and did all work as agreed.

On time, excellent work, reasonable prices.

I found Hank through Angie's List. He came over gave me an estimate and said he could start the work in a few weeks. He called me when he was ready to start and showed up when scheduled. He saw a problem with the site that we selected and we worked out a modified plan. He worked all day to complete the job on Saturday. The stairs are great and now we won't have to go outside to get to the basement. Hank is a great guy. Very easy to work with and you feel like he really cares about making you happy. I would not hesitate to hire him again. His total price for the work was significant less than the estimate he gave me.

He responded to my call in a timely manner & completed the work within 4 days of my call. The work he did was high quality & he was a pleasure to work with. We would hire him again.

Provided prompt estimate and timely completion of work. Hank also fixed a couple of other spots he found needing work and stayed within his estimate.

After the first project, we were impressed with the quality of Hank's work and with his professional and kind manner, so we hired him for further projects. He was so creative and very cost-conscious in his solutions to the various projects and he spent extra time with us in thinking projects through. We are so pleased that we will continue to hire him for more projects.

Hank was great! He is very hard working and very meticulous with his woodworking. Where others would just miter a 45 degree base, Hank takes the time to cope and cut the joints the right way. He worked weekends and after hours, which worked out great for us-- with a busy schedule. Hank was also very flexible with the project and things we wanted to get done. Adding a few extra items to the list is no problem.

HANK DIDN'T DO THE WORK BECAUSE THE CONFIGURATION OF MY WALLS MADE IT TOO BIG A JOB. BUT HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE TALKED, AND HE EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO SUGGEST A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SKYLIGHT THAT MIGHT MAKE THE JOB LESS COMPLICATED.

HANK DID A GREAT JOB AND WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY PROJECT. HE DID ALL THE CARPENTRY WORK TO FINISH AN ATTIC AND WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.
