Description of Work: We have an older home with a gutter downspout that cut through the siding and into the crawl space. The opening around the downspout had become the rodent super highway into our basement. Hank redirect the gutter downspout into a rain barrel and closed up the opening into the crawl space. He did a great job! Very responsive. We've used him before and would use him again!

Description of Work: I got Hank to replace a deck that after 35 years had become seriously rotted. Hank give me a bid ($5K) that was half of what other contractors had offered ($10K). When he got to work he tore down and removed the old deck and then he started to install the new one. It took him 8 days to get the job done but the price was very reasonable. From what I see of the completed deck I am very pleased, quality and professionalism was very good. You should be advised that at the time I employed him he did not have insurance and was not licenced, however he has over 40 years of carpentry experience so I think he knows his stuff.
