Jim was on time. He stayed from noon to 4.30pm to fix the problem and provided all the supplies. He was very polite and a very nice guy. He price was very reasonable.

We had originally agreed upon a service date, but they got tied up on a previously scheduled job and came a few days later. Once I had identified where the water leak was coming from I turned off the shut off valve to the dishwasher so the delay in service was not a major issue. They were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The have a two man crew and their base charge is $70 per hour. They were on site a little less than an hour. Labor, material and trip charge was approximately $98

Jim and Scott were consummate professionals from the beginning. They were consistently punctual, extremely good listeners, hard workers and take pride in their work. It is a pleasure to watch and learn from people who are skilled at a craft and are more like artists with their work. Jim and Scott actually return phone calls making them the most responsive plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They came out and quoted for the job before we had closed on the house, came out and met with me again after closing to review all the work to be done and made sure our needs were understood. Meeting with them provided me the assurance we were hiring the right company for the job. They came out exactly on time to meet with me and for the 1st day of work and were extremely courteous and considerate of how their work impacted our life. They cleaned up after they worked, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived, laying down fabric tarps so as not to track in dirt or debris. When they arrived for the next day of work, they arrived earlier than promised which was perfect because they knew I had to leave for work in a couple hours. The little courtesies they offered, such as letting me know ahead of time before they shut off the water so I could set aside water for any needs I have while it is off and waiting for a load of laundry to finish before starting REALLY impressed me. These guys are the kind of guys I'd love to invite to return for anything else I can find for them to do. They are a pleasure to have in my home while they are working and I will be hiring them again in the future for a remodel I will be doing. You can hire these guys with complete confidence!

They were very good. They called the day before to confirm that they were coming. They did very good work and were very efficient. I would recommend them to others. The quality of their work was good. It was part of a project with another company, so we paid them for both the plumbing part of it and the work done in the bathroom and I don’t know how much it cost. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was very grateful that they were able to fit my appointment in within 1/2 hour of my phone call. They immediately assessed the issue, discussed the repair/replacement work to be done and went straight to work. They had the majority of the parts with them on the truck, but had to go to the store for one part. They returned within 20 minutes and finished the job promptly. Their hourly rate is VERY reasonable especially considering that it was a crew of two plumbers. Their work and demeanor is highly professional. I will not only use them again, I will recommend them to all my friends. If you live in Washington County or Ozaukee County, you will not find better plumbers at such a reasonable rate!! These guys are great!

Great experience, they were on time, professional and voluntarily wore booties over their work boots, which I thought was courteous. The toilet leak required them to go out to buy a part. Both the faucet installation and leak fix were done well. I would definitely use them again and found their price to be quite reasonable.

They came and gave a free estimate. I gave them the OK and they ordered the parts they needed and called a week later to set up date and time to install everything. They were neat, clean and did a great job.

After having a very high estimate by another local plumbing contractor and another plumber not return my phone calls. I was very happy to receive a quick response from Integrity Plumbing LLC along with a much better price. Jim and Scott did research our needs and was able to have the factory install the necessary heating elements in the hot water heater. They did the job in a timely manor and called me at work to tell me the job had been completed!

Integrity Plumbing lives up to its name. They were responsive, professional, and the price was in line with the other estimates.

Telephone contact is direct to one of the two plumbers that work together from their van/trailer- there's no office. They called in the morning to advise of an emergency call that would delay them slightly and called again just before arriving. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the bad leak that had rendered the toilet unusable, replaced the broken collar, and corrected the original, improper installation. They were neat, put down protective pads/towels for their tools, and used their own paper toweling and spray cleaner. Work took just under 2 hours and their pricing is a bargain - $70/hour for labor is for both plumbers, not per plumber. Honest work at an honest price - their company is well-named. I'd definitely recommend them.

They were awesome. They were timely and their prices were very fair. They cleaned up after themselves and did the work very professionally.

Two plumbers showed up on time, and installed my new vanity and sink quickly and efficiently. They were finished in just under two hours, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and took away all the packaging and the old vanity and sinktop. They are from Random Lake and they do have a trip charge, but at $70 an hour I still considered the services reasonably priced.

When called to provide an estimate, Scott and Jim were here within a few days. They were courteous and professional in describing what they thought it would take to fix the problem. As the tile would need to be replaced, they even referred us to another company for that repair. They provided us with options to choose from for the new valves and shower head which were going to be required and coordinated the dates for their work with the company repairing the tile. They were even willing to purchase some additional materials for us (grab bar/towel rack and shower curtain rod.) They arrived promptly on the scheduled date, performed their work thoroughly and as quickly as possible and cleaned up everything before they left. Of course, we wish we hadn't needed to spend the money on this repair but we feel their fees were reasonable (the amount spent includes the additional materials they were asked to purchase for us). We are quite happy with the completed work and will definitely use them again if needed.

The team of plumbers worked well together. During the remodel process we gave them little advance notice for the disconnect and reconnect dates. They were able to work around other contractors schedules during the project. They were always on time and courtious and cleaned up after themselves. I am an interior designer and hired them as sub-contractors for this project and others in the past and I am very happy with their work and trust them enough to continue to pass their name on to other clients.
