Jim went over and beyond in service and quality of work. He not ony installed my new garbage disposal in less than an hour, but advised on new product and shared his extensive knowledge about the disposal and another plumbing issue. The best!

Mr. Guarino, (Integrity), showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work quickly, to our complete satisfaction and for less money than estimated. No question Integrity will be who we call next time we need plumbing service.

We called about a failed garbage disposal - Jim replied extremely quickly and arrived early that afternoon. Professionally, did not try to sell us on a replacement and instead gave us other options. Jim also noticed and fixed a problem with the undersink pipe configuration that was to blame for some sink backups. Jim is an AMAZING plumber. We needed a new electric water heater installed. When I reached out to Jim he promptly replied with a very reasonable priced estimate. On the day of the job he showed up 10 minutes early to our job and quickly completed it. Further, he's the type of person you feel good about having in your house. He was able to complete the job at the original estimate. I've had a lot of different plumbers in my house--Jim is definitely the one I will be calling back. I had a new top mounted sink and faucet installed. Replacing an older one. Very professional. Prepped the space with drop cloths. Outlined the work. Then completed with cleaning and vacuuming the space. I would recommend them.

This was my first time working with Jim, and the entire process from my initial contact with him for a quote to completion of the job was worry-free. He was great when it came to timely communication and accommodated my request for work to be done at a time that I was off work and could be available. He did a beautiful job on installation of my faucet and water filter, and answered my many questions about other plumbing related issues in a friendly and thorough way. We needed some emergency services back in December of 2018 and Jim was the only plumber willing to listen and work with us during a busy time, he was very professional and committed to help us, we had to do some repairs in a home sale and had a deadline of about 2 weeks to get the work done. Even that Jim was really busy just as every other plumber in the area he managed to get us in to his busy schedule and even work half a day in new years evening. He did all the repairs, install a dishwasher and provided us a certified inspection for the home sale and even came to our new home for other repairs we needed and he even gave us advice on how to save money with all services we needed. Jim was prompt and professional. A great plumber with a built-in torque wrench in his arm, so he always tightens properly. His plumbing truck is to die for, with most replacement parts aboard, so he does not have to run around to buy parts.
