I've had Jim do work for me a couple times now. He is a pleasure to work with. Very professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, hard working and straight-forward. He's always been very reasonable in his pricing and tries to work with you, help you get what you need, doesn't try to get you to do more than you need. This was the first time I met his brother, Bob. Who came out with him to help. They definitely both appear to be cut from the same cloth. He was every bit as friendly, professional, courteous, helpful, etc. as Jim. Integrity Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. :) I can't recommend them enough and absolutely plan on using them next time I need plumbing work done.

Our outside back faucet was leaking so we purchased the Angie's list deal from Integrity and had a new Frost Proof faucet put on. He arrived right on time and changed our faucet along with our old shut off valve. He was very clean and he did a great job! We talked to him about coming back and replacing our front faucet, we will call him soon to come back. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing, it's a great feeling having someone you can trust with your home.

Our search for a local, dependable plumber stops right here with Integrity Plumbing, LLC. YAY! We now have a new family plumber! We bought a deal for $190 for 2 hours of plumbing work. Jim was there for just over three hours but only charged us for an extra half hour plus needed parts and supplies. All in all we spent $290 for the complete job. Jim was very responsive right from the git go. Very quick to reply to the deal we purchased, convenient scheduling and before you know it we were getting our long overdue plumbing repairs taken care of. He was a real pro....right on time, friendly and very informative. Gave us tips along the way on the equipment warranties, how to do some of our own preventative maintenance and showed us what failed on the old fixtures. Do not hesitate to call this company. You will get your questions answered and some top notch work done. Can't wait to start remodeling the bathrooms next!

I purchased one of those packages the two hours for plumbers packages. We went back in force trying to set a time for the service. I wanted to get a tub installed but he told me it was cheaper to call someone to refinish the tub. I was so glad that I let him fix my tub stopper. He did a wonderful job and the clean up was great.

Jim was very prompt in answering emails with questions and came out for a free estimate a few days after I first contacted him.

Jim was awesome! It was the day before Thanksgiving at about 4:30 in the afternoon and I was peeling potatoes and putting the peelings down my garbage disposal when it clogged up and I had a sink full of brown disgusting water! I was in a panic as I had tons of food to prepare for a houseful of guests the next day! I tried calling Jim but got his voicemail. I tried a couple others and they said they were too busy and another said he could come but it would be overtime so they'd charge me $186/hr! Luckily I said I'd think about it because Jim then returned my call and came right out! He cleaned out the clogged drain and explained to me what clogged it and only charged us $50! He really saved the holiday for us! I will definitely use him again and the company name says it all; Jim is wonderful and Integrity Plumbing is the best!

Everything went great! I called him on Monday and he came out immediately the next day. He gave me a price estimate over the phone based on what I explained was the problem and he ended up coming in under that amount. Jim is very professional and was wonderful to work with; he even gave us a suggestion of a tool we can purchase on our own to clean hair from drains so that we wouldn't need to call a plumber in the future. We will definitely use him again in the future.

He did a very nice job. The installation went well and the repairs did as well. The installation was for our laundry faucet in the basement, which required soldering. I supplied the faucet The repair was to the tub drain in our 2nd floor bathroom, which had broken. Jim suggested a quick repair, rather than a complex one, and provided parts from his truck. We appreciated his honesty and "integrity" in that others may have only offered a more expensive option.

Everything went well. We've had Jim do other plumbing projects for us and he's very professional and offers good advice. He removed the old sink, re-configured the water piping and installed the new sink and faucet. Happy with the result.

Jim had the lowest price for work and gave me an estimate really quickly. I would definitely recommend including him in your three bids. Jim was on-time, courteous, and professional. He showed me the completed work and how to operate the new water heater. I am very satisfied with the work and will use Jim again in the future.

Jim was wonderful! He was able to make it out to the property the same week we called, he was punctual, and he was informative. We don't know much about plumbing and he took the time to explain everything to us. We really appreciated that! He also told what needed to be done and what didn't have to be done, or what we could do ourselves. He never once tried to sell us on a repair we didn't need and was very affordable. We would definitely do business with him again!

Jim is the most professional trades person I have ever worked with. He fixes what needs to fixed and does not try to up sell. In fact I requested some work that he told me was not needed. This is a trait that is uncommon. I highly recommend Jim and Integrity plumbing.

Jim was great. I called him for his services and he was able to come out within 24 hours and met me punctually in the morning prior to my work. The work was all done professionally and pipe replaced cleanly and no debris was left. Would use again for other plumbing services.

Jim is SUCH A PLEASURE to have in our home! Of all the contractors we had in our home during our kitchen remodel it is a delight to have him and his expertise! One of the days he was working on our house I had to stop by to talk to another contractor and I find they had given my dog freedom from her gate in the other area of the house. He was happy to let her walk around him and beg him to play with her. He always laid down tarps on any area he'd be working and when he was done it was spotless - no sign he had been there except for the beautiful work he left behind. Jim is always happy to do the little extra that just puts him over the top, like he glued the drainage pipe for my pvc trenched gutter for me because it was crooked and now it would be straight and stay that way. He also replaced some fittings on my dishwasher that were incorrect from the manufacturer since it was leaking. The other thing I really love about Jim is that he helps me find ways to save money. He makes suggestions so I can get the quality I seek without spending more than I have to. I REALLY appreciated that on our tight budget. Honestly, his prices are more than fair. You definitely get more than your hard earned money's worth with this guy. Jim is a hard worker and the kind of contractor I would seek to find things to hire him for again. I'm thrilled with his work!! I would love to have him back to our home anytime.
