Like their first job, this job was absolutely perfect. They are on time, all the time. If they're even running 10 minutes late, they call us and let us know. They're very prompt, and go the extra mile in communicating with us. They laid out a detailed plan at the start for minimal disruption for my wife and me. They took down all the paintings and put them back, and after they were done, the place was absolutely spotless. Prior to starting the painting job, they did the minor repair work first and assisted my wife in choosing paint colors. The whole process was very smooth and very efficient. We're very pleased with every aspect of the job! With Mud Slingers, we were never left hanging and we really appreciated that.

They were always there when they said they would be there. Worked nights and weekends to meet my completion deadline. Excellent work. Very neat, cleaned before they left each day, and on final day cleaned very well. There was a large area of repair, and everything looks new.

originally contracted for work in stairwell - spotty mold removal due to inside condensation, cleaning & treating affected area, repainting same, all up on ceiling of stairwell. also minor drywall repair in several other areas of condo. one of these additional areas was a bump-out closet at the top of the stairwell. as they got into the closet, realized the drywall tape peeling was due to issues behind the back of the drywall. closet is a very poorly insulated bump-out. when condo was re-sided in 2012 the corner pieces around this closet had the bottom caps caulked instead of left open for water drainage. poor insulation and mistakes on siding resulted in water damage & mold on back of closet vapor barrier & in closet insulation. as this is a condo & the water was coming from outside, the condo association was involved. this second job involving the closet ended up being much bigger & more time consuming than the original contract. Chris & his crew stuck with it through all the new discoveries & delays with the condo association & drying time necessary between each step to clean-up & rebuild the inside of the closet. they did a wonderful job. I was very fortunate to have contracted with them because they have experience dealing with mold issues even though this wasn't in their profile at the time & neither of us knew how large a mold issue this was going to be.

He was the best contractor I think we ever had. From the first message he showed up promptly. We were never out in the dark. They cleaned up after themselves. He would stop by twice a day to check on it. They were very pleasant to deal with. The communication was excellent.

Great- excellent communication and desire to please. Great finished product.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. It was excellent. They came out within a couple of weeks of purchase.

I called this company because of the many excellent reviews. I scheduled an appointment to quote for painting 3-5 rooms in my newly purchased house at 2 p.m on the 24th. At 1 p.m I got a call from Chris saying he was running a little late and could he reschedule at 2:30 . Fine, I appreciated that jobs can run long and that he called. At 3:30 I was still waiting when he called to say he was"stuck in traffic and would be there when he could or he could reschedule.I told him okay for the next day at 1.p.m. The 25th I was working at the house until 4- no show, no call. He finally called at 8 P.m that night- 7 hours late. All apologetic with a story about losing an employee and having to do all the work himself. He said he wanted to be given another change to quote, that evenings were best and that he would give a sizable discount because of screwing up twice. Against my better judgement I said okay- next evening at 6:30. At this point I had contacted someone else but figured it would be good to get his estimate too. Once again- I waited 20 minutes-NO SHOW, NO CALL etc. There are lots of other painters in the area- I would suggest avoiding this guy as he has no respect for other people's time.

I called and Mud Slingers' advertisement is until June 1st. I called to set up for April. He became very upset. He said "This is off-season work. We had this ad in to when we're not busy in our outdoor painting." I mentioned the date. He wasn't happy. We agreed that I could wait until the end of June 1st. I called and all my conversations are with the owner. He said "I didn't give you given that deadline, we're just not going to come." I said I wanted my money back. He said that he'll give me a refund. This went within the last two weeks. As far as I know, the refund has not come through yet. In both times I spoke to him, he claimed that they did not give those dates.

They did a great job, arrived on time, covered all funiture and fixtures, fixed texturing on one wall. They painted the ceiling and wall and cleaned up after the job was done.

Shane and Jeff were the painters that worked in our home, and transformed our home! The painting makes our kitchen look larger! Everything blended very well, and the work was done very thoroughly. The cleanup was top notch, it feels like they cleaned out our whole house! Mud Slingers were very easy to deal with, and were very respectful to our home. They also did not blast a radio, which I appreciated.

Chris, from Mudslingers, was great. Right from the start he was honest about the stage and condition the current work was in and what he could do at a reasonable cost. All the work preformed was done exactly as was explained to me in the initial meeting and during the contract signing. The two gentlemen that worked with Chris were excellent. Both guys went above and beyond staying late until the work was completed. Of course they asked if it would interfere prior to the extended hours. I would recommend mudsligers to anyone in need of drywall work. They will restore your faith in contractors!

Overall, it was great working with Chris and his crew! From beginning to end, Chris was very accommodating and he got the work done as promised. My husband who is hard to please even liked him! I would definitely recommend Chris and use him the future!

Excellent! They did a fabulous job in both the small bedroom and laundry room. They were conscientious of the smell and dust, and that I have a lung disease.

We recently had to have our bathroom shower replaced and the drywall around the new shower was cut out about 8 inches around the new shower. We saw the "Big List" deal for Mud Slingers (timing was great) and had them come in to replace the missing drywall. At the same time, we had some drywall from our kitchen ceiling that was not looking great (it was installed improperly at some point) and we had some drywall in our upstairs bathroom that needed repairs, too. Mud Slingers was great! Chris came over and we talked about pricing and timing. I was really pleased at the timing since one of our two bathroom showers was out-of-service until the drwayll could get replaced and painted. All in all, Mud Slingers accomplished the job much quicker than I thought. As for workmanship, both my wife and I were really pleased. He was able to match the texturing that was original to the house, so when it was painted, you couldn't tell the difference. Overall, we were pleased with their work, quick response, and overall job!

Chris came out promptly and started to work on it; then came twice again for shorter periods to finish the job, and were very precise in their finish work. They matched the grain to the surrounding wall well, cleaned up, were very polite, and courteous. Would use them again without hesitation.

Overall good work. The guys were always on time, personable, and finished before estimated completion. I plan to contact Chris for quotes on future projects.

I had a small area of drywall where the tape had pulled away due to water damage. I thought I could just have that area patched, but they said I needed to have the strip the entire length of the wall patched, costing an additional $200 over the discounted coupon I already purchased. Work was done well, regardless. Very prompt and efficient.

I was in a rush to have this work done as I had scheduled painting of the kitchen. Mud slingers squeezed me in within a 2 day from my call. The work done was excellent. I did however feel the price was a little on the high side, but I did not have time to secure competitive bids.

We called Mud Slingers to fix the cracks and peeling away plaster in our older home. Chris came out to give us an estimate on a Sunday morning which was convenient for our schedule. His original estimate was lower than we expected going into the project. The final price was considerably higher but still within our budget and original expectations. There were no surprises in the work. Next time I would be more specific on clean up expectations but ultimately we were happy with the service Chris provided. He kept us up to date on the work being done and was responsive throughout the project and after. We would recommend them to others and would use them again.

In the beginning we weren't sure how big of a job it would be. Chris gave us two quotes, depending upon what was found once the old tile and drywall were taken off. It ended up being the bigger job. After the tear down, I had to contact a plumber for some repair work. Unfortunately it took me three days to get a plumber. Chris was very sympathetic about that, even though it delayed his work for three days. The final product is very good. We are very happy with it. Chris made a few suggestions about a insert of decorative tile and a built in shelf, which were very good ideas that I hadn't thought of. We went with those ideas and were glad he mentioned them. Chris was very good at communication during the job, he was very friendly and polite. He made sure we were very happy with his job, and we are. I would recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.

Chris came out and gave me an estimate for drywall, plaster repair, texture spray, paint and primer (price was a range between $8500 and $10,500 for the whole house). I agreed to the price and gave him a $2000 deposit. I notified Chris that his write up did not include everything we discussed. He agreed to meet and he would correct the write up. When we met to correct the write up, Chris had found black mold. He said that all of the plaster would have to be ripped out and he would have to requote the job. He requoted the job at $18,500. I told him that I could not afford it and I would have to perform the work myself. He said; 'we have a contract" and that I had to have him do the work. Again, I said that I could not afford the work. I said he could keep $500 for his time/effort and to return the balance of $1500- he refused. He was extremely unproffesional and used phrases like; send text messages like little girls." My attorney is in the process of contacting the district attorneys office and filing suit to get my deposit back. This was a terrible experience. I would never reccomend using Mudslingers- STAY AWAY!

Came out on weekend to make sure job was finished prior to moving in on a Monday. Also worked around carpet cleaners. Condo looks great!

This was a wonderful experience. I called for an estimate and Chris was able to come that same day to let me know how much it was going to be. I then scheduled him to come and do the work. I had a hole in the wall that was created due to another worker's mistakes and I had Chris look at it to see if he could fix this also. He fixed it for me at NO CHARGE!!! I had other workers in my home and they were not able to do the celing as previous stated. He was responsive in making other arrangements. They came to do the work and everything was done wonderfully. The asked if I was satisified before they left. I was painting my laundry room and they even helped me move my washer and dryer. They definately went above and beyond and also did excellent work. I plan on having them come back in the near future to do some other drywall repairs.
