Description of Work: My fan had stopped spinning and Ryan worked so hard to separate it from the motor of my A/C. The motor was gone but at least I didn't have to buy a fan too. He saved me money, was very nice and two days later, when my furnace wouldn't drain the A/C water, I called him in a panic and he made time on that day in his busy schedule to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Did not respond promptly to my voicemail. Then when he finally did, he made an appointment but never showed up.

Made recommendations that I remove some of the plantings I have that are close to the unit in order to let it "breathe" easier, therefore leading to some energy savings. | |Very professional and answered all of my questions.

The job was postponed several weeks because the outdoor temperature needed to be above 60 degree F. to evaluate the equipment.
