I did my homework and this type of machine is a high quality unit. The lady was intelligent and helpful. We selected the delivery date. The nice delivery men should have looked where they were taking the machine. They scratched the machine and the wall. They did exchange the units, but they never apologized. They set the unit up for me and ran it. It works.

The staff at Lowe's was friendly and knowledgeable about carpeting/tile. They were able to provide me with an installer who could perform both jobs, therefore making the process simple and timely. The installer Roger, and his helper Patrick were excellent. I honestly can't say enough good things about the two of them. They were on time, courteous, cleaned their entire mess, were considerate when moving my furniture, and did an outstanding high-quality job. Roger was great with small suggestions/ideas that proved to be GREAT!! His expertise with carpet and tile is amazing. I was extremely pleased with my experience from start to finish. I had to wait a while before actual installation could be done after my purchase, but it was well worth the wait. They are simply overloaded with work at the moment (busy time of year). The quality of the products and the value I received from Lowe's will have my repeat business for future projects. My only concern was paying up front for services but that seems to be the norm these days. Lowe's was also good at keeping me informed of the ongoing process. (Ex: picking out materials, ordering materials, scheduling times with installer, etc.)

I worked with Matt Buske from the window and door special order area. He walked me through the process, helped us select the door and sidelights, set up the installer for an estimate and ordered the product. The installer was not comfortable installing the new door surround (pilasters and header), so I agreed to do the installation myself. The installer made an effort to adjust to my limited time off to be there for the installation. The installer completed the tear out and installation in about six hours. The two workers were thorough and cleaned up the entire area. They took the old door and all materials for disposal. During the installation, I had a few concerns as to how they would seal the area around the door. They explained the process they would use and performed the work to my satisfaction. The installers had to return to adjust the hinges so the door closed without a rub. Lowe's contacted me after the installation to make sure I was satisfied.

They were very conscientious. They were prompt, on time, polite, and followed up while the work was being down and when it was complete. They really did a nice job.
