Dr. Plumber

They arrived on time to replace a leaking pipe in a small space that was a tight fit and probably nasty, behind a wall that I could not even get to. They got the work done in a little over an hour and went above and beyond by fastening the legs to my laundry overflow tub and cementing them in place. I had them in with some wooden shims. Very pleased with the price and the work was done quickly and cleanly.

Promptness and quality work, they were on time.

Excellent, came the same day and finished the job quickly.

Steve was prompt to look into our issue of Water leaking from Water Heater and resulting in no hot water in shower etc.. He showed up in short time (45 minutes) and replace Water heater in less than 2 hours. Kitchen sink faucet was replaced in prompt manner. He also checked my troubling shower faucets and controller for any issue. Before starting any work Steve and his partner ( I believe his son) did lay down carpets to avoid any dirt or scratch on my wooden floor. Thank you Steve for removing shoes and wearing mask when you enter in my house. I will recommend him for professional, clean and prompt work.

From my experience, dealing with Steve and the guy he have sent here, they truly have a bad business practices, first, for changing the cost of the service call that we have had agreed upon( with already meeting of the minds) about the cost of the service call. Secondly, their technician or the guy that Steve sent to was very unprofessional and with an attitude problem. He walked out mad and yelled “F” word on me. I can only pay what we have agreed upon initially during our phone conversation ( and he doesn’t want to give his name on me). The guy said I cannot get the discount because there is not much work to do( because he offered me the replacement and installation of a new one in which I turned it down and put on hold plus I am not obligated to accept a replacement offer either because I initially told them that I only needed someone to diagnose the problem on that day) just for the service call only, so the guy said that I have to pay the regular cost. On top of that I have a video of him while he was calling Steve over his phone to run my credit card information, but then he lied that he doesn’t want to give his name to me because according to him I won’t sign the paperwork. I have a video recording of him and Steve running my credit card information and confirming my zip code so why then this guy tell lies that I won’t be signing his paperwork? I am so appalled or disappointed with their service and very unprofessional manner. If his name is Drew, then truly like father like son because Steve is also denying the cost of the service call that we have agreed on adding more stipulations after coming around. Please do get help with your unprofessional manner.

He was excellent and was very good.

Excellent work. I called on a Sunday and they answered. I asked if he could come out Monday and he told me he could come early afternoon. He arrived early, about 11:15 a.m., diagnosed the problem and replaced the spigot. I also had extremely low flow in the bathroom sink faucet and asked if he could look at it. Even though he had another call to get to, he took the time to replace the aerator, which was cross threaded and I had been unable to get it off myself. All told, he was here about 1-1/4 hours and the total price was reasonable. I would hire him again.

Terrific !!! Called in the morning and were able to come at 2:00. Very professional. Put down carpets to climate dirt being tracked. Vacuumed and scrubbed the floor and wiped down everything. Very impressed. Our drains are all cleared. WILL DEFINATELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Horribly. My mitigation contractor set up an appointment with dr plumber to come out to scope out the pipe on 12.2.20 between 10-11am. He agreed to. My contractor called and left 3 voicemail messages beforehand to make sure this guy was still coming out. He got no answer. I called dr plumber and he told me he would let me know when he would be here, but he never did. He never had any intention of showing up! I had used dr plumber in the past and never had a problem. That's why I didn't hesitate to recommend him. What a mistake and an embarrassment! I removed his name from my contact list. My contractor no longer wants to use him as a future contact for other customers who might need plumbing work done. And I had a real plumber come over this week and do a great job!

They never called or made contact. they must be over worked and do not need new or future work.

Doesn't Come to Oconomowoc. Called and explained what I needed and was told it was an Hour and a half drive and he doesn't go to Oconomowoc. My Location is Oconomowoc in Angies List and Dr Plumber came up as an option so "maybe" not include Oconomowoc as an area you service.

Called Dr. Plumber around 8:30 a.m. Steve said he could come later that afternoon. Around 11:30 a.m. Steve called and said his son, Drew, could come to take care of the problem immediately. Drew came and the problem was taken care of quickly and successfully.

Dr. Plumber was on time and very efficient. He arrived on time for the quote. Dr. Plumber arrived the next day to do the repair(once again on time). The work began and completed in a reasonable time. I will use this service again and recommend his services to others.

Steve was very nice and professional, and was able to come service my drain the day after I called. He completed the work quickly and charged a fair price. I will be contacting him for another plumbing project in the future.

He had to replace the pipe because it started leaking. He did a great job. He was able to fix it right away.

He was very prompt and replaced the original 25 year-old faucets efficiently. He also showed me how to drain the pipes so that they don’t freeze in the winter.

Very positive experience! Our water heater leaked and Dr. plumber replaced it the same day with our preferred brand at very reasonable price. We mentioned social distancing and he/ his son worked in the basement while interacting with us on the phone. Everything went really good.

We could not be happier! Our entire house was backed up so any water usage ended up all over the basement floor. Called and left message at 7:14 am and Steve called back at 7:30. Drew got here around 8:30 and had everything flowing a little before 9:00am. The price was very fair and the service was excellent. They will definitely be the guys we call for everything!

Originally we called mid morning and were quoted sometime in the afternoon. They were a little later than quoted and showed up around 5. They did give us a call about 30 mins before they arrived on site. Initial contact was fine but it did not take long to figure out Steve has a temper as he got very short with us very quickly. It was really clear he had a temper once he actually had to start doing some work and was instantly cussing and throwing F bombs around. Not to mention he left scrap around and even a wadded up towel full of garbage. In the end he charged almost $400 just to replace a small line of soil pipe!

Steve did a great job. He immediately identified the problem and quickly corrected it.

The actual work was fine, however at the end of the service call, he says to me and I quote! "You should consider adding an access point down stairs because I was right up against the paper in in there.". My response was "okay". A few hours later and my tenant returns home and calls me to report that there is a HOLE in the ceiling (See the photo)!!! My initial thought was, no, must be just something from a leak or something. I showed up the next day and sure enough, the p-trap can be seen through the hole in the ceiling!!! Now, if he would have just told me that "I had to bust through the ceiling" then I might not be so upset at him. However, in his "consider putting an access point in" comment, he totally avoided saying, "I created a hole". Now a drywall guy is telling me that it's ANOTHER 450$ just to fix that mess!!! When the plumber charge me 430$ for his "service". Never again, he's prompt, great at plumbing but his communication skills lack that of a true professional. Sorry but not sorry, time to find a new plumber.

I got a response right away and the service man was at my door within the hour. We also had to wait till my neighbor came home for access to the front drain because I live in a condo. He was clean and efficient but I was blown away at the cost. Over $450!!!

Really happy with these guys. They came out right away on the same day. Gave me a quote up front that was accurate. They were fast and efficient, knew just what to do. They even fixed the toilet and didn’t charge me anything for the labor. We have never had to call a plumber, so I can’t say if the price was reasonable but I really liked them. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.
