The owner and his crew went beyond what I expected them to do. I actually was at home and able to watch them do the entire job and was quite impressed with them. My foundation is 100% stable now there is no danger of collapse. They really knew what they were doing.

I was very satisfied with this company and I am also pleased with how my home has been retaining warmth. My furnace has given me no problems. I feel the work was done extremely well. I would recommend this company to others because I feel they are very accurate and neat about what they do. I can't comment directly on the price of the work I had this company do. I will say that I felt that I was charged fairly.

He showed me with measurements exactly why the work on the one wall needed to be done and told me the condition of all the walls in my basement. He was not pushy and did not try to scare me about what would happen if he didn't do it immediately. The work was done in a timely, professional fashion and cleanup was very good. They provided me with a written report of the results of the drain tile check so that I can provide it to the buyer when I sell my house. I was very satisfied. His workmen were friendly, professional and clean. I thought the estimate was pricey, but after seeing what they did, I understand why, and I've also found that this is what this type of work costs.

Dale was prompt, professional and upfront. His company did not perform the type of work that was needed, but he provided us with 2 referrals.

Very well from start to finish. Dale explained the quote thoroughly and was not at all pushy. The workers showed up when they said they would. They worked very hard and carefully and cleaned up and organized their equipment each night before they left. I was very please with their work and they answered all my questions every day. I was also very pleased with the clean up. We still have to wait for a really big storm to test the work but so far the basement has stayed bone dry with the rains that we have had.

I am SO glad I chose Basement Specialists for this project. Dale was courteous, professional, reliable and his crew was on time each day and kept me informed about the entire project. I talked to another supposedly "top" contractor for this work and he was a total jerk and very negative about the job. Dale accepted the job in a professional manner and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Dale and his staff were very professional and respectful of our home and property. Foundation work is every homeowner's nightmare, but once done the area was left so clean we would have never have none they were there. I recommend Basement Specialists to all our family and friends.

I had to give them names and numbers of 3 owners to contact. They contacted all of them and followed up with a letter to me to confirm the appointments.

I DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, BECAUSE I ONLY WANTED STEEL BEAMS PLACED TO REINFORCE THE WALLS. DALE THOROUGHLY EVALUATED MY HOME AND GAVE ME WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A FAIR ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK HE RECOMMENDED. I WOULD GO WITH HIM IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED MORE EXTENSIVE WORK PERFORMED IN MY BASEMENT. THE ESTIMATE WAS $13000.

VERY ORGANIZED, APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED BEFOREHAND AND ARRIVED ON TIME. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE AND VERY CAREFUL TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN.

AS I AM BUYING THE HOME I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE BASEMENT WAS PROVIDED WITH A WARRANTY AND THAT IT WOULD STAND UP OVER TIME. SEVERAL CALLS WERE RETURNED TO ME BY DALE THE OWNER. HE WAS GRACIOUS IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL THAT HE WOULD CONTINUE TO BE THERE TO ANSWER MORE. WHEN LANDSCAPING WAS DONE TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE REPAIRED BASEMENT, I ASKED DALE IF HE COULD COME TAKE A LOOK AND DETERMINE IF IT WAS DONE PROPERLY TO INSURE THE WARRANTY WAS INTACT. HE CAME AND ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE DRIVEWAY SHOULD BE REDONE TO BE PITCHED AWAY FROM THE HOUSE TO PREVENT PROBLEMS IN YEARS TO COME. HE WAS GREAT!! I CAN SEE WHY HE IS SO HIGHLY RATED BY OTHERS FROM ANGIE'S LIST.

THESE WORKERS HAD A DIFFICULT JOB TO DO: DIG OUT OUR SUB-BASEMENT'S 3 WALLS AND CARRY -- BY HAND -- ALL THE BROKEN CEMENT, ETC. UP THROUGH OUR REC ROOM, UP THE STAIRS, AND OUT OUR BACK DOOR. WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A SPECK OF THE OLD NOR THE NEW CONCRETE ON THE CARPETING OF THE REC ROOM! THE MEN WERE PROFESSIONALS AND EXTREMELY POLITE IN ALL OF THEIR DIFFICULT WORK. WE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BASEMENT WORK DONE! THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. AN EXCELLENT COMPANY!

HOWEVER, IF THIS DID NOT WORK, HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO THE WORK FOR US. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, CLEAN AND TIMELY. THEY KEPT TO THE ESTIMATED TIME. THEY ALWAYS USED THE BACK DOOR WHEN COMING INTO THE HOUSE.
