Description of Work: Installed 31 feet of water control system in our basement. We were given a prior evaluation and estimate and the estimate was the final cost. We were scheduled and the crew showed on the date that we were given. The crew was easy to interact with, they were careful in how they did their work, they completed their work in one day and we were very happy with the completed project. After one year we can confirm that the project has been successful to date in solving previous water problems. We would definitely seek their services in the future and we would heartily recommend Badger Basement Systems to others.

Description of Work: Installed about 45' of tile under the floor along inside wall of basement linking with existing tile. Badger Basement is very good to work with. They consult with you, schedule a date for the project, show up when scheduled, complete the work on time and the quality of work is excellent. The installers were skilled and great to work with, were careful in their work and we were 100% satisfied with results.

Description of Work: they dug out the edge of our basement floor with a jackhammer, put stone down and than put the waterguard down and put fresh cement on top of the waterguard they also installed a sump pump ran the line thru the basement wall and buried the line in the yard. The crew called us when they were an hour away. They immediately went to work after looking at the job. They moved a couple of items around for me and had to take off one interior door. Cleanup was very satisfactory. There was dust of course but I had already covered everything that I could. The job was scheduled to be done over 2 days but the job was completed to our complete satisfaction in one day. they reinstalled the door when they got done and we were very happy with the outcome> I would recommend this company if you have a water problem in your basement.

Description of Work: Installed drain for 12 feet off wall and floor that leaked in the Spring of the year. Also installed a sump pump in the middle of the 12 feet.

Description of Work: We loved the salesman of Badger Basements and all the people we talked to on the phone.The quality of their work looked impressive when we first signed up. Even though the cost was high we chose Badger Basements because it seemed like the best answer to our wet basement and wall we needed braced. They were going to cover all our walls with white and brace one wall that was starting to cave in,plus add a sump pump. The repair day came and I had wanted to cancel because my husband broke his arm the day before the guys came to do the work. When I told the guy that,he said if we rescheduled it would be at least 6 weeks before they could get out here again. There were things we needed to still move away from the walls before they began the work but because my husband's arm was broken,we could not do it. The workers said they could move the things but it would cost another $55.00 an hour,stating it might take two hours to move those things. Once they started working,they did an excellent job of getting the job done. My only complaint's are, they completely covered both our cats litter boxes with other items. Who puts anything on top of litter boxes?? They also somehow spilled bleach on a new shirt I had downstairs while they were moving things around.I have no idea how they did that one. The worker's were hard workers,got the work done in two days instead of three,could have been a bit more friendly,but did the work well. My basement is so much drier now,and I don't have to worry about our wall caving in. I am glad we got it done,wish it was not as expensive,but it was well worth it. Now my basement walls are clean and bright white,not crumbly,or moldy looking. It should add to the resale value of our home in the future. This is a 50 year old house and needs all the help it can get. =D

Description of Work: Badger Basement Systems sent out two very professional hard working men to fix the water leaks in my basement. They completed the work in three days and cleaned up after themselves along the way. The price I paid was fair and well under the prices charged by other basement water proofing companies I researched in Angie's List. I would recommend this company to others knowing they would receive quality repairs quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I was getting water in basement. Not sure what the problem was. Called Badger Basement and had a rep. come to my home. To make a long story short, my current sump pump was not handling the water and it was backing up and was never taking enough water out, so it was seeping in the foundation. Cure was to install a newer more powerful sump pump. I opted to have a battery backup 2 stage sump installed. It is working wonderfully and I have not had any water in the basement. The extra was a quiet sump pump, The other one was banging and very loud every 20 minutes. All the Badger Basement personal were very professional, helpful and courteous, The job was done in one day and they really cleanned up everything. I recently had my one year checkup and all is well. I know they do much more in depth work, that I was not in need of, but I would strongly recommend this company and all that work with Badger Basement. Ask questions and you will get an answer. Tell them what you expect and want and you should be as happy with the results as I was.
