Description of Work: I had a drip in the bathroom shower from the shower faucet. Plumber showed up. Investigated, found a loose screw in the cartridge. Could not explain how it got there. Removed screw. Faucet still dripped. Plumber said that because of the age of the unit (20 years based on the age of the house) that the unit would always drip. It should be expected to drip. He packed up his tools and left. I'm calling another plumber to replace the shower faucet, which is what he should have done in the first place. I won't call Wiersgalla again.

Description of Work: Quite awhile ago (probably 7-8 years or more); have not used them since because of the experience. They ordered the incorrect size toilet, so door to bathroom could not shut or open fully because it hit the bowl. Suggested we cut a notch in bathroom door (what!!???). Then, finally ordered a bowl that would accommodate our configuration. Left the old toilet on front lawn on a Friday afternoon - didn't remove it. We live ACROSS from a church. Was I supposed to put daisies in it until it was removed on Monday? Not a great experience, which is why I avoid Wiersgalla to this day. Angie's list asked for this, so I am simply stating my experience. |
