I was very pleased with the quick and courteous response.

Estimate was quick and good, originally contracted for a rubber roof.

Materials were delivered on Monday, and work began on Tuesday. When the work was started and the old roof boards were exposed (building is very old and a bit sagged)  the crew measured the pitch.  Jake gave me a call that there was enough pitch to use a premium shingle with that would be less costly  and have 25 year  warranty instead of 10 years for the rubber roofing. There was nothing to argue about.  He was here with the new contract within a couple hours.  New materials were delivered promptly ad the original ones picked up.

The crew was polite and worked together well.  They finished the work about noon on Wednesday, cleaned everything up and all that remains is the dumpster, which will be picked up by the subcontractor, and a palate with extra packages of shingles that is to be picked up by the supplier.

It was very pleasant to be able to save almost $1500 and get a better warranty, and I applaud Jake for the extra effort in recommending the option and changing the contract in the middle of the job.

I would recommend Paragon exteriors LLC and would use them in the future.

This was a really tough job to complete.  Paragon Exteriors really came thru for me.  The job took eight days to complete, and the finished work was a masterpiece.

We love Paragon!  After calling around and getting a couple quotes from other companies and being disappointed with the expensive quotes we were getting I finally decided to try Angie's list.  I originally called Paragon because it was highly rated and they offered a discount if you found them through Angie's list.  After talking with Jake the first time on the phone he assured me that he'd be able to work with us to fit our budget, which was very refreshing after talking with other people who will only put one type of roof with all the bells and whistles on your house.  We met with Jake and got our quote, which was about 20% less than others we had gotten.  Jake was so nice and friendly, we signed the contract as soon as we got the quote.  The dumpster and supplies were at our house the day before the crew showed up.  Then the crew was only here for 2 days, so quick!  They were all super nice and someone even crawled in through the skylight hole to put down a tarp so our carpet wouldn't get ruined.  Our final price even ended up being less than what we were quoted for!  They cleaned everything up really well.  Basically, I have nothing bad to say about Jake and his guys.  I feel very lucky that we found them, and if we ever do any exterior work in the future I will definitely be calling them! 

They draped to prevent damage to house and yard. they stored equipment and materials in a out of the way area.  removed all metal (nails etc) and debris every day. kept a ver clean work enviroment.  Kept us up to date on what was to be done every day, explained any changes.

Jake came to our house and was prompt and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with our roof and what was needed to fix it. The quote given was reasonable and they were able to do the repair in a timely manner. His employees were on time and quick to get the job done. They cleaned up and were on there way. We have not had any issues with our roof and the repair work was done properly. We've had work done on our roof by another contractor and have had many issues with the work they did. Paragon Exteriors does quality work and we will call them anytime we need them in the future and recommend them to everyone we know.

Polite and professional - showed up on time for quote. When he could not make the original job date he called with options to reschedule (2-3 days out). Ho did not try and sell me anything I did not need, whcih was appreciated.

Even though it was a small job (minor roofing repair) they promptly responded with a quote, squeezed us into their busy schedule, arrived promptly, completed the repairs, and cleaned up after themselves. Recommended highly.

Jake visited our home to explain what we needed, provided us options and recommendations. He took the time to answer our questions, and made sure we were confident in our selections. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were quite pleased with the estimate, and he was able to start within a week. The work was finished quickly. Jake and his crew made sure we were not inconvenienced, and did a terrific clean-up job. Our new roof exceeded our expectations, it looks great!! Our entire experience with Paragon Exteriors was top notch. Two years ago we had them replace our gutters, and were so pleased with the work and price, they were the first company we called when we needed a new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
