We were referred to Paragon by one of our neighbors who recently had some work done. Our neighbor's house looked great with the new roof & exterior work, and it was the type of quality we wanted/expected for our home. I contacted Jake and he was incredibly generous with his time and provided excellent communication. He was incredibly flexible with scheduling and came out promptly to estimate/recommend the work to be done. His estimate came in lower than we expected, and right on par with some other local companies. Jake & his crew were able to complete our work in less than a day and it looks great. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Paragon and the work they performed.

Jake and his team were excellent to work with, from the initial quote all the way through the final paperwork. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I believe the best overall value. It took a little longer than expected to start the work, but in the exterior remodeling business that's all dependent on the weather. Once we got on the schedule, it took their crew two days to tear off and completely reshingle the roof. The gutters were replaced in one day. The windows....well, that's another story...There were two large (Ok huge) casement windows and two picture windows about the same size. One came in from the manufacturer with a defect and took a long time to get replaced. I don't think that's Paragon's fault, but worth mentioning. Once we received the replacement, it took them a couple of days to replace the windows and address my concerns about wood rot around the old windows.

That service went really well. Three employees came out. They provided a good overall service for a good price.

I was not home for the inspection. I did talk with rep. on the phone and he reported on the condition of the roof.

They also did the roof on the garage and gutters on the house. It went great. Two years later, no leaks. They were wonderful to work with.

Jake was responsive and very professional. The quote I received for the roof was reasonable and he was willing to make a change or two in materials to help meet my budget. In the end, I hired a former neighbor who needed the work, but I wish I would have hired Paragon. I just refered a friend to them yesterday.

I am going to hire this company and work will begin within a couple of weeks. The quoted price is about $26,000 and we liked talking to them. We also liked their estimate and thought they were fair. We liked the products they are using and we were very happy with them all-around.

It was OK. The guy came out and told me the roof looked OK. I guess I didn't know what to expect. He didn't spend 2 hours here. He fixed one little box in the corner. I would have wished that when he was done, he would have let me know. I wanted to ask about several concerns but he left without letting me know. I felt there was a lack of communication.

I purchased the deal to have a roof repair made. The guy who came out from Paragon seemed only interested in quoting me on a new roof, not on locating the source of my current roof leak and solving that. He wasn't really dressed for climbing around on my roof and actually performing the leak repair. I was okay with accepting a quote because I will be replacing the roof soon, but primarily I wanted the leak sealed up.

It took a month to schedule a site visit, and then repeated requests to get information, schedule work, reschedule work, ask again for work, and finally after several months I asked for my money back, which Jake promptly refunded in full (through Angies List). Paragon may be excellent roofers but once Jake realized there was no way he could turn the Big Deal into a larger project he lost interest and failed over and over to pay attention to my little 2 hours of work. Not professional. This experience makes me wary of the the Big Deal offers in general if the motive is to simply turn a little service into a bigger project.

Outstanding job and only delay was for weather. Great clean up. Jake and crew were a pleasure to work with and we will most likely, use them again in the spring for the siding.

Weather was a factor in the fall. The start was delayed a bit, yet Paragon worked hard to meet my deadline. Some work remained that had to be completed in my absence. Jake worked with me on that and sent completion pictures, which was a good solution. All option choices were explained and discussed and performed as agreed. The final job looks good and works well.

Got the rew on time, inspected thr roof, reattached flashing on chimney and cleaned out gutter.s

I made an appointment for them to come and look at my roof and honor the Deal, which they did, but shortly after, another company came out and said there was a hole in my roof that rodents were getting in. Several weeks had passed so it?s possible that either the hole wasn?t there, or maybe it was too small for him to notice, but I did find it somewhat strange. I am happy with the Deal, but at the same time I felt like I paid a lot for what they did.

Two men arrived and explored my roof. They determined that there were no shingles that needed to be replaced nor sealing to be done. They pointed out a potential problem with my chimney cap and provided me with a contact who could assist with the chimney cap. They did say that I do need to replace the roof, which I knew already. They offered to send me an estimate but I never received one. They said the $99 I paid for the service through Angie's List could be deducted from the cost of the new roof if I chose them. Since they didn't really do any work, I can't comment on the quality of the work. I can only say that they arrived on time, carried themselves professionally and offered solutions for me to consider. So, based on that I would be willing to consider them for future projects.

Very responsive to emails, I really appreciate that. had to reschedule a couple of times (once due to my schedule), but very easy to reschedule. Explained things well.

Purchased a roof inspection and repair special from Angie's List for $99. Sounded like a great deal. Jake from Paragon came out to review on a Friday and told me that he would be back on the following Monday to perform the work. I called him on the following Monday morning and asked him to check an area that had leaked during rain and snow melting. He also told me that he would call to let me know what was done. I did not hear anything for more than a week and contacted him again. At that time he told me that he had completely forgotten about me but would come the following week. Again, I heard nothing from him so contacted him again, and heard nothing. Contacted him a third time and he told me that he had not gotten the previous e-mail, but would be out for sure that Thursday or Friday. I did not hear anything for another week and a half to 2 weeks. When I contacted him he said that he was "confused" and that he had sent people out to do the work and thought that they had. I asked him to let me know what had been done. After a few days passed he told me that a couple of nail pops had been fixed, some shingles had been glued down, and another area sealed. The area that I had called about to be checked had not been checked or fixed. I would never use this business again or recommend them to anyone!

A team of two showed up, and they were even a little early! They went up on the roof, inspected the whole roof ,and focused on an area that I feared needed repair. Within a fifteen minutes or so, they were done. They told me the roof was in good shape, with many more years left, and that the area I feared had a problem was just cosmetic. They recommended no repairs, indicated that they sealed a couple of nail holes, and left. They were honest and professional, and even though there wasn't much for them to do, I felt that the visit was worth the price.

It was hard to schedule the roof repairs that I wanted done due to weather conditions. The mblem I asked them to fix required a much arger amount of repair that either the company or my budget was ready to complete at that time. They completed a number of smaller repairs that another roofer had tried to fix a few years ago, and the repairs have been very solid through several storms. The company will be giving me an estimate on gutter work next spring.

Everything went really well. Justin from Paragon came out assesed the roof and garage and then explained our options, the process involved and materials that would be used. The material for the roof came in that 1st week after contracting with Paragon and it was done in one day. The siding took about 3 weeks to get as we wanted a special width that was not carried but as soon as it came in, Justin and his crew were out the next day and sided the garage. They did an excellent job and Justin went out of his way to make sure everything was as we wanted it. We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Paragon exteriors.

I was having problems with ice damming and leaking. Jake gave me a estimate that was much better than the others I got. With a better warranty as well. I had to wait a little because it was the busy season. Jake and his crew were worth the wait. The are top notch and professional. My new roof looks great, and no leaks! Thanks again Jake. This company always returned phone calls in a very timely fashion. They did a great job on the roof and would definitely recommend them to others. Although I didn't have much time to spare they worked this job in very quickly.

I live in a condo and discovered a water spot in the ceiling. Called the management company and they sent out Paragon to check it out and do any repair that was needed. Paragon called, we decided on a date and time for them to come out. They were on time, checked out the spot and told me that they would be out on Saturday to rake the roof of snow, find and fix the problem. On Saturday no one showed and there was not courtest call. It is now Friday and still no visit from them and no call. Don't know if they do good or bad work since they have not shown up. If I owned my own home I would go somewhere else.

Everything was excellent! They worked very efficiently and did a professional job. I would use this company again in the future.

I am happy with the results of their work. Another provider independently verified the quality of the job. However, I did run into a few issues. They were supposed to start the job in July and finish in August, but work wasn’t completed until October. I felt that the owner had a lot of excuses. Also, while the crew was working, a small amount of soffit and fascia fell off. When I spoke to the owner about this, his position was that he wasn’t responsible because of how old the fascia was. However, he did agree to fix a few downspouts that had come away from the house (this work still has yet to be done). The crew left of a lot of debris behind. In fact, debris clogged my gutters, and another contractor cleaned up after their mess for me. Overall, the delays and issues with my soffit and fascia left me with a bad experience. I felt like I was taken advantage of.
