VERY polite! Very clean. I had a bracket that was loose and he fixed at no charge! My cap was on crooked, so he took it off and re-glued it on straight again at no charge! To me that was above and beyond. I will use them again and again and I do recommend them to others.

What a great group of employees--- very helpful and polite! We definitely will be using them again as the need arises. Very neat while working.

The technician was very punctual and tidy. He did make an odd remark that he would need to report a hairline crack in one chimney tile to the city that I live in. I find that odd. The city doesn't pay my taxes nor do they have Code Compliance. Be careful what you say.

We hadn't cleaned chimney in years. We were given good advice for future cleaning timetables.

Butler Chimneys is incredible! Not only did I get my chimney cleaned and inspected, but Corey taught me a lot about proper fireplace use. Corey even helped solve some "mystery fireplace smoke" issues that had been plaguing my neighbors and I. Tech was punctual courteous and professional. He made sure our home stayed clean throughout the process an charged a fair price.

After inspection I was informed that the chimney did not need cleaning and did not need any other repairs. Very honest company. And very fair cost.

Corey is an outstanding guy and I wouldn't have anyone else inspect and repair my chimney. My family uses our fire place frequently and it is nice to know that it is clean and in proper working order. Corey takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and gives you options if there is something in need of replacement or repair. I wouldn't call anyone else when it comes to fireplace or chimney related issues or maintenance.

Corey was extremely profession, prompt and honest. Called to have chimney swept and Corey was honest enough to tell me that we didn't need it cleaned this year. Others would have performed the service and charged full price even if we didn't need. I will ONLY use Butler Chimney going forward and will recommend to all of my clients (I am in Real Estate). We had Corey out for chimney clean and inspection for $189------he inspected from the fireplace looking up with a flashlight----and quickly said I really don't need a cleaning ( I had told him we only use the fireplace about 3 times a year and it had been at least 5 years since the last cleaning )--he explained what he saw-----he said we had a choice----we could stop--- there would be no charge at all---or he could go up on the 2nd floor roof and do a safety inspection and give a report and that would be $49---he did that and showed pictures of what he found----very impressed with him and his honesty----will use him in the future

The work went wonderfully smooth and Corey and his crew cleaned everything up at completion. They were prompt and attentive to our property and their work. The heat was from the temperature was exhausting, but they completed their job promptly.

All went great. Project took two days to complete, three if you count the 15 minutes it took them to take forms off of cement when it dried. Also was very nice and quickly provided me with a copy of the lien waiver I misplaced when I sold the house a month later. Would definitely use again.

My neighbor recommended Corey after he did work for him. I had five people come and advise me about what needed to be done and gave me firm proposals. I was most impressed with Corey and took his advice and am very satisfied with the finished project. He is easy to work with, very professional and does excellent work. I am having him clean the chimney this fall and my son is contracting him as well. I have no hesitation recommending Corey for any chimney work.

We received Butler Chimney's name from our realtor. During inspection, the inspector noticed a spillage or residue forming on top of the hot water heater. We needed to the repair done quickly before we sold our house. It was suggested that we would need a new liner in our chimney due to the installation of a new high-efficiency furnace. All of this seemed foreign to me. Corey Butler came out to our house on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem (which happened to be something else and less expensive than replacing a chimney liner) and made the repairs the following week. His office contacted me on the day of the repairs to advise that he was running late and to make sure it was still okay for him to come that day. I appreciated that Corey came out on a Saturday. I also appreciated that Corey was honest enough to tell me that the repair was something I could do on my own if I knew what parts to get at a hardware store. I will use Butler Chimney again and not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the quality of Butler Chimney's work. Had their team work on our first chimney and asked them to come back for the second and third ones as well given the excellent work they did. Very professional work and honest to do business with. A difficult thing to find with many other vendors.

I live in North Dakota and my house is in Wisconsin. Corey was great at communicating his time lines and needs, as well as the scope of the project, including the additional work that needed to be done to complete a full repair. He was available when we needed his help, kept us informed, and got back to us quickly if we had questions. Hiring contractors from a distance is always scary, but I had no reservations about Butler Chimneys and the work the provided.

Corey was great. I contacted him later in the spring when he was quite booked for jobs. He explained that with the size of our job, he would try to fit us in-between jobs. I was never concerned if he would "forget" about us for a larger job. I trusted he would come through for us and he did. Everything about our contact was professional and honest. Hire this company. You'd be foolish not to.
