Corey and Cassie were terrific to deal with. I called for a chimney cleaning and Corey came out and did a thorough inspection and due to the age of chimney (118years) it was not lined and could not be cleaned due not meeting current NFPA code. We talked options and I chose a fireplace insert. Corey and Cassie answered all my questions and were prompt with installation! Now my family can enjoy our fireplace and have the added efficiency of an insert it's like having second furnace! Will definitely be calling Butler for all our fireplace needs!

Corey was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting. He protected the area from dust and debris with tarps. After he was done he explained the condition of the chimney and the wood burner. Good experience and I will hire him again.

Project was pretty straightforward and performed on our chimney which I can't see. Not much detail that I can give other than it appears they did what was needed. What I will comment on is that communication was good. It was a small project which can be a headache for contractors during the busy season. They kept me updated on scheduling that was made difficult by rain. Overall, I'm as happy as can be with Butler Chimney. Will refer and hire again.
