Description of Work: Checked out old furnace, determined it was beyond repair and installed the new one the next day. Glitch free, everything went to plan. The tech listened to a great selection of the blues while he worked, that was a definite bonus. :) They contacted me after installation so Russ could inspect the installation work, a gesture that tells me something about commitment to quality.

Description of Work: They inspected out furnace and determined that a controller board was causing the problem we were having, not the fan motor, which was not what we had been told by another company. This was significantly less expensive to repair.

They give you more precise estimates on their arrival time than other comanies. The inspection and tune-up was more complete than any other tune-up we have had. The technicians are willing to explain everything and answer any questions you have. They have many suggestions and solutions from ways to make your home even more healthy with less dust, allergens and "bugs" in the air to making your Heating, A/C and Water heater more energy efficient. Great Service!
Description of Work: On 12/11/12, We had a furnace and hot water heater inspection and tune-up. In June of 2012, We had the air conditioner inspection and tune up.

Fast, clean, thorough in their installation. A few glitches related to older equipment arose at a later date and they came within the day to fine tune the system. Very good people and company.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Groupon for a Furnace maintenance check for $40. When I called for an appointment they were able to schedule it promptly. The day of the appointment the man was on time and very professional. He called the next day with some information he had promised to look up for me regarding our air purifier. There was a $10 trip fee that I was unaware of, but I had no problem paying it as I had gotten such a good deal. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
