Worked straight through performing quality work, finishing on time. Carpets and upholstery cleaned to satisfaction. Professional and personable throughout.

Description of Work: 5 rooms hall and stairs where done in an effective and efficient manor

Description of Work: cleaned carpets. The time line was very broad, 8 to noon. I thought it could have been a little more specific. However the service person did call about 1/2 hour out. He set up quickly, and got right to work. For the amount of carpet cleaned I did not think he spent enough time. |This was in a rental unit and I checked a few days later before move in. There were dark spots and the traffic lane was noticeably darker then the rest of the carpet. I did not have time to call back as the tenants were about to move in. I used my personal steamer, which is pretty powerful. Lots of dirt and debris came out of the carpet and water was almost black (5 changes)to do the 3 main rooms. |I think this person just needs to slow down and take more time to do the job right and maybe check the equipment. That much stuff should not have been left in the carpets.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning provided by ERS Carpet Cleaning. The serviceman was on time and worked very hard to clean our second floor and basement carpeting after a major renovation job on the first floor. Everything looks nice and clean. He was truly professional and I would highly recommend ERS Carpet Cleaning.

Description of Work: I asked ERS to clean the carpet in two rooms and a stairway, as well as cleaning two area rugs and steaming the tile floor in my bathroom. The gentleman that did the work was friendly, professional, prompt and gave me a reasonable quote. I just wish I'd known that the carpet and rugs would really need a second cleaning. It wasn't until everything dried that I realized they still didn't look clean. And the closet where the cat boxes are should have been thoroughly cleaned and deodorized - the cleaning actually pulled all the odors out of the rug. (For a few days, it was bad. It needed a lot of Febreze.) I prefer he'd have advised me honestly about what really needed to be done, rather than just doing what I asked. I can't help thinking he was experienced enough to know it would need more than a once over. Or could tell me that he thought it might need a second cleaning. If he'd told me, I'd have had fewer things done more thoroughly, rather than everything at once, but still not feeling like anything's really clean. Unfortunately, now I have to wait to afford another cleaning. All in all, it wasn't bad - it was just disappointing.

Description of Work: I have "Smart Strand" carpeting which the manufacturer states when cleaning, use hot water only; no cleaning detergents/solvents. I advised ERS of this and they had no problem accommodating my request. The carpet came out perfecting clean. I did not find any "wet spots" where there was a saturation of water which had not been extracted by the machine, so this was very good from my perspective--no chance of mold developing because the carpet had been left too wet. I always place several fans to speed |the drying process so this helps too.
