Joe was on time, efficient, friendly and polite and willing to give high traffic areas more time.

We were able to swap prepaid furniture cleaning in exchange for two sets of stairs. They were prompt and didn't putz around. We used them before for emergency service when we had unexpected water in our basement. They did great with that job as well. I'd recommend to anyone!

When making the appointment, the method and type of cleaning product to be used was provided and discussed. Rug was cleaned and color refreshed and musty odor eliminated. Very happy with the results.

Joe was on time, called a half hour before arrival, which I always appreciate in the early part of the time-slot. Reminder call the day before was apprecated, too. The gentleman that did the work was a delight. He was polite and on time for the appointment. He was professional. He was mindful of my two dogs and was actually friendly with them. The only issue I had was that it took him less than a half hour for him to do the work and the dirt did not seem to come out entirely. I saw some residual after it had dried.
